Hello!

Update (October 20th): Hey everyone, I finally have 1) gotten a new laptop that I like, and 2) gotten reinspired to continue Mere Mortals. Expect a new update by Monday :)

I'm not sure what I should say, except maybe tell you a little about myself, so here it goes:

I'm a twenty-two year old girl from the US, and I just started writing my first fanfic about a year ago. It's about James and Lily Potter, because I got really interested in their relationship after reading other people's stories about those two.

So, yeah, that's a little about me. I guess I can tell you that some of my favorite poems are The Road Not Taken by Robert Frost and Nobody by Emily Dickenson. I'm a big fan of Harry Potter, especially the quick and fluid writing style. Although I love the classics like Austen's novels, I do sometimes get bored with how they draw out scenes by listing every last detail. I prefer to imagine for myself (and allow my readers to do the same)

I want to encourage everyone to give me signed reviews, because that way I can answer you. If I don't answer, it's likely because the review wasn't signed.

The picture isn't mine, obviously, you've all seen it a million times. I found it on deviantart, and it belongs to the artist who drew it. But I love the emotion you can feel between them in it.
