Called to a crime scene Gibbs is surprised to find it handed over without having to fight for it. Something that has never happened before. Something that has his gut churning, and not having DiNozzo by his side is not making it any better.

Jenny places Ziva on the team without following any of the regulated protocols for new agents. The fallout is not what is expected at all, not by anyone especially not by Gibbs.

Despite the smoke and mirrors, it's obvious Tony's a highly flawed and complex individual who has secrets. No one had a clue that he hides a MOAS, one though, that could rip apart the fabric of society if it were ever to come to light. After almost 2 decades though Tony feels like his secret is fairly safe, which only goes to show that he shouldn't let his guard down...not ever.

Abby and HR have different ideas of what constitutes court appropriate wear. JAG agrees with HR. Abby has to have a court appropriate suit.

Tony brings to light some truths, after catching Director Elbaz in a lie. Before Gibbs can say anything to him Tony leaves the office, and the building. Only time will tell when and if their paths will cross again.

Everyone makes mistakes and that's one of the things that makes us human; we just should learn from them and never make the same mistake twice... It really was a mistake... An accident... Captain America is a man out of time. What he needs are some good reasons to be in the present and an old nemesis as well as the Black Widow may give him those reasons.

A suticase nuke has been sold to Julian Benoit. Now Mossad and NCIS are in a joint operation to retrieve it.

One conversation over pizza changes the relationship between Gibbs and Tony. Will a series of mysterious events tear them apart, or bring them closer together? Rated M for slashiness!
