fictionalmike chapter 11 . 6/21 A lovely, enjoyable, plausible AU story, written with care. Thank you. |
fictionalmike chapter 5 . 6/21 A great story, truly deserving of the title of sequel to "Narcissist". This is a pleasure to read, with lovely characterisations. Mike |
alee5353 chapter 6 . 5/6 stopped watching this show a while ago. it seemed the only character not guilty of a major crime, was the one the viewers were expected to truly have no respect for. too bad. it was like the writers were given lobotomies and TPTB still expected the audience to applaud. |
Guest chapter 11 . 1/30 Where is the chapter where Gibbs finds out what the prostitutes has been talking about? |
Guest chapter 2 . 1/30 Did Gibbs know about the sex thing? Hahahaha He should have made ziva pregnant with Tony. |
juliasejanus chapter 1 . 7/2/2019 Superbly witty. |
juliasejanus chapter 7 . 7/2/2019 You are awful but I like you quote was Dick Emery not John Inman. Just showing my advanced years there. |
Love2read23 chapter 10 . 4/15/2019 I love the emails and how they're messing with McGee. And I can't believe that he'd be allowed to write published novels as a federal agent about the work they do. The names are ridiculously similar and there's no hiding the connection when his face is on the books. I hope Tony is successful. I think the timeline is a bit unrealistic with him finishing three movies in one year because sure maybe he could shoot three back to back but production takes so long and I'd be surprised to have the first out that fast. But I hope his work under cover brings success since really this will be his life for a while. I under stand why he was hesitant to admit feelings for Ceinwan (I can't look up if that's correct spelling right now) since they're undercover and she's his handler and publicist and it was uncomfortably similar to the position Kristina was trying to force on him until they talked amd it was clear the dating was generating from their private interactions instead of like people playing a love interest who gets caught up in the fiction/persona. There is the fact that it might just be a product of the extreme proximity but Ceinwan was right that with them they are both aware that they're undercover and lying or fooling another person about who they really are but really each other is the only person they can really be themselves with. I hope they do take time to unwind and not be their personas sometimes. The party with all Tony's friends is really good. I am confused about his a stage name. Does the public think that's his real name or could they for example look him up on wikipedia and find his real name, birthday, personal life, etc.? On a comment somewhere around here , I suggested having Tony undercover at NCIS to catch someone but then I had the thought that maybe instead of undercover to catch a bad guy that he be in NCIS as a double agent like he you have Ziva in this fic (Idk if that actually happens in the shows. I haven't watched in a long time). |
Love2read23 chapter 11 . 4/15/2019 Great fic! Thank you so much for writing. The idea of a spy team hiding as a celebrity and his entourage is brilliant. You're a great writer! Very talented at evoking sympathy for and umbrage on behalf of your character. You are also well versed with the source material to provide canon supported actions. I have to watch NCIS now to see if I'm as indignant watching the show. Thank you. |
Love2read23 chapter 5 . 4/13/2019 Oh my gosh it's hilarious that you mentioned Dark Angel's Alba getting together with Michael Weatherly's wheel chair bound hacker. Although, I never thought that being a reason why the series ended. Do you really think so? I have to go back and review the last fic and other chapters but I had a thought or suggestion if you had fic where Tony was on the team as part of a long term undercover role and that's why he put up with all their crap? Maybe to catch Ziva like the chapter had though obviously she wasn't on the team before so maybe Gibbs or the directors or someone else. Maybe his name isn't even DiNozzo. Just some reason for all this crap he's gone through on the team. |
Spency Morgan chapter 11 . 9/11/2018 I really loved your story! It was cathartic to read a story in which Tony was valued and realized, both professionally and emotionally. It was good to see the continuation of his friendship with Palmer, which the show's writers conveniently forgot. Congratulations! |
knuckles 8 chapter 11 . 9/10/2018 is it wrong of me to want the chocolate cake recipe? You make it sound so good. I loved how McGee was messed around with the emails. Thank you so much for sharing your time and writing talent. I enjoyed reading your story. |
Spency Morgan chapter 4 . 9/9/2018 I really enjoyed the chapter of Ziva! The zivasis were very well used, I found it more fun than the McGee and Gibbs chapters, the McGee's was a mixture of pretense and envy and Gibbs's was clearly rancorous and obnoxious. I've never been a fan of Ziva and hated any hint of romance between her and Tony. So I found Tony's exit from the show, particularly depressing, would have only been worse if they had ended up together. Ugh! I will continue reading this story and the others you wrote as well. I do not know if you still write here, but I could not fail to comment on how well your story makes me feel. Thank you! |
Spency Morgan chapter 3 . 9/9/2018 Your story is still great! You write very well and your view of the characters matches mine. But I must say that this chapter has most irritated me so far. I found McGee clueless, but Gibbs was blatantly worse. If he considered Tony's mentor and felt that, after all, he still owed him loyalty! Who really is the narcissist ?! |
Spency Morgan chapter 2 . 9/9/2018 I loved this chapter too! But it seemed half familiar, maybe I already had read it ... What I found striking is that even with everything that happened, McGee not changed his mind! And in the end, have the courage to call Tony as a friend and think about asking for your help! I liked McGee, right at the beginning of the show, when Kate was still alive. He was clumsy and so in love with Abby that it was funny. And all the nicknames Tony gave him! Then the character got annoying, feel better than everyone else and romance with Delilah did not convince me. |
