I'm a 29 year old medical student who enjoys drawing, reading and writing.

I have, as you can see, written quite a bit of fanfiction in the last few years. For a long time, my main fandom was Harry Potter, where I've written my longest stories (The Depths of Winter and Time out of Place). Before that, I started in the Buffy-fandom, and I've drabbled in Smallville and H2O: Just Add Water. Lately, I'm mainly writing for TV-series NCIS, and I've written for House and How I met your mother.

My original novel series is called The Winter Legacy, starting with Awakening and continuing with Heritage. I draw anything and everything that comes to mind, from Disney to angels to anything else. You can find my art on DeviantArt. I also love Photoshop, and do manips and such. I have my own design company, Cosmic Creativ Consulting, where I do graphic design work and websites.

MY FANDOMS & PAIRINGS

How I met your mother: Pretty much any pairing
NCIS: Gibbs/DiNozzo, DiNozzo/McGee, (Abby/McGee)
Harry Potter: Mostly Harry/Draco, Harry/Snape, but I've written others
House: House/Wilson
Buffy: Buffy/Spike
H20 Just Add Water: Zane/Rikki, Lewis/Cleo
Smallville: Clark/Lex

I write in most of the fandoms I read, but of course not all. I like reading a bunch of fanfiction before I start writing, especially in the TV-series fandoms. Books are easier to write fanfiction about, because the characters are written rather than played out on screen - and yes, to me there's a huge difference in what kind of feel I get for the characters.

I both read and write mainly slash. The reason why? Most of the series I follow have male characters I prefer over the female characters. Harry Potter, for example, has far more interesting male characters than female characters, and as such, it seems more logical to put the boys together, especially when I get a feeling of UST. NCIS has two fantastic female characters in my opinion - Ziva and Abby - but I don't write them, at least not yet. I like a good McAbby (McGee/Abby) any time though. Tiva (Tony/Ziva) could also be interesting, if done well.

Since I like writing fanfics where it's not a matter of just kiss-kiss-get-together, I like the extra layer of complicated that slash/homosexual pairings offer. However, I don't put guys together just because I can - I have to see some chemistry between them on the show/in the book.

House/Wilson seems like a very logical leap, and watching the show with the slash goggles on means hearing and seeing gay stuff all the time. I mean, seriously:

"Wait a second. This isn't just about the sex. You like her personality. You like that she's conniving. You like that she has no regard for consequences. You like that she can humiliate someone if it serves… oh my god. You're sleeping with me."

The same things goes for Tony and Gibbs, who have fantastic chemistry. Tony is, perhaps especially in the earlier seasons, like a puppy who wants to do good, and always, always impress Gibbs. The trust between them is deep, and they do love each other (whether platonically or romantically is up to the viewer to decide!):

"Gibbs is always nice."

"To you and Ducky maybe. Me, he growls at and smacks on the head."

"Which makes you feel wanted."

"Yeah."
