binkeybella chapter 17 . 4/20 This was a heck of a story, I really enjoyed it. It would have been great to see it put on screen, as the facts of that unholy scenario can't be refuted no matter how the show runners retcon the characters and back stories. As for the 2 guest reviews from the continually disgruntled reader (I've gotten my share of them from this silly person), I find it really interesting that they leave this type of review on Every. Single. Tony-as-a-competent agent story. They are obviously content to watch and read Tony being repeatedly run over by his own boss and team, and peel himself off tge pavement to take yet another ass-kicking from them. God forbid he would actually stand up to them and, not only defend himself, but put them in their own sorry place. That doesn't make him full of himself, it makes him a self-confident, capable agent and human being. |
siobhan.22 chapter 17 . 8/9/2018 Great story |
Guest chapter 16 . 10/27/2017 You Tony is nauseatingly holier than thou and self-satisfied - an insult to an actor who tried to create a better character than that. |
Guest chapter 17 . 6/17/2017 Your Tony is pretty loathsome, a holier-than-thou Mary Sueish caricature of the TV character, and most of the characterization is one-note, but the actual mechanics of the writing shows promise. |
pianomouse chapter 17 . 3/5/2017 Thank you for sharing your great story, I love when Tony gets to show his strengths. |

Frakking Toasters chapter 17 . 8/24/2015 I really love this story. I wish this had happened or that something like it would still happen. I really want Tony to step out of the shadows and become the man and agent we know he really is. We used to get story arcs that showed more of his finer qualities, but it happens less and less now. We only get snippets and glimpses. I think I'm just ready for Tony to lead and be taken seriously and not be the silly sidekick that's not respected by his juniors (though Bishop has helped somewhat.) Anyway, before I get too carried away! I love Tony, and I loved this fic. Really good outcome all things considered. xo |
Hells Bells chapter 17 . 8/8/2015 Wow excellent job. I always thought Toby would be a better boss than about a new story to include the new team dynamics and a ' little ' hurt Tony ?! PLEASE |

Guest chapter 17 . 4/21/2014 Amazing! Terrific! Not slash! This was a great story with lots of lovely Tony-being-awesome-and-getting-his-due-respect-ness. I like your writing style, and the plot was very well thought out. Thanks for writing such a great story that wasn't slash (it isn't my thing, but super good stories with Tony angst are). |
