This is extremely confusing. Shepherd was the Director when Gibbs went to Mexico, not Vance. Gibbs has been back a year, and Vance despised Tony when he first arrived. The comms weren't turned off until five years later, so none of this makes sense.

Even if it did, Gibbs learned they violated protocol, were guilty of gross negligence and DOES NOTHING!

Oh please finish this story. I would like to know how it turns out.

It was surprises me stories with slash between Tony and Gibbs, specially when there isn't warnings on the summary or first chapter, because of how adamant Gibbs is about his rules, especially Rule 12. And this is never actually explain in the fics.

I like these stories where Tony gets a clue and leaves NCIS for something better and you were doing very well. But you do need to know the functions of the alphabet agencies a bit better. I have a hard time suspended my belief on FBI and Interpol joining forces.

FBI are not allowed to function outside of the country. There would be no joint forces with Interpol in another country. CIA, yes, as they are to operate outside of the country and actually not allowed (officially) to operate within the country. NSA, could. ATF, operates within. All military intelligence agencies have jurisdictions where they have bases, otherwise they are "supposed" to get their intelligence from NSA or CIA.

I don’t know if you intend to continue this story, but please do! It’s really good and I’d really like to know what happends next!
