This is my second account, I can't even remember my first one (it was made at the tender age of 14). Anyways, a little bit about my user name: InLethe.

Lethe (lee-thee) in Greek Mythology, is the River of Forgetfulness and is apart of the five rivers of Hades. This includes Styx (the River of Hate), Akheron (the River of Sorrow), Kokytos (the River of Lamentation), Phlegethon (which makes me think of a river of phlegm, but is instead the River of Fire). It borders Elysium, the final resting place of the virtuous, and it was written by Ovid that the River Lethe flowed through the cavern of Hypnos, the God of Sleep, where it's murmuring would induce drowsiness.

It is said (or written, no one really says it honestly) that those who drink from it experience forgetfulness. And in a way I'd like for my words, and stories to act in the same manner for you. I hope they serve as an escape from the day to day and that you may find solace in the written word.

Bedtime Story: (title is subject to change) Trapped in an ancient relic, Kagome is forced to play along with the whims of a small inconspicuous looking book. Princes, Princesses, culturally out of place structures, and parchment with an attitude, will she break the curse or be lost to time? Drabble series told mostly in 100 word snippets.

Completed:

Dance in the Forest of Krishna: (one-shot) Rin requests a bed time story of love and kami's. Determined to bring her just that and more, Kagome enacts the tale of Krishna and Radha. (implied sesskag)I'm terrible at updating, but I'm working real hard on changing that! So bear with me please and I'll do my best to make you all proud and actually finish a story for once. X)
