I mean...I'm gonna keep reading...I think you mentioned compulsively in one AN...that about sums it up. I'm h oi neatly not feeling the poly vibes, but I dy o love the rich story you've built and the complexity of both the storyline and the characters.

Poly fic? Eh...not that I mind them, but the way things are playing out I can't help but prefer a Sirimione with a Draco/Neville (Dreville? lol) side pairing.

Oh...I would have thought she'd leave Lucius out of the whole dating idea. I mean, I've read Lumione stories, but the vibe I got here was that there's not even a possibility of more for them and that was acknowledged. I can't help but wonder if Hermione is going to discover Draco and Neville together and how that would go, considering how guilty she was feeling about Sirius.

"securing half-blood bastard heirs for men who wouldn't give us a second thought if pure-blood women could still have children?" That right there made me so sad, because that's how I'm feeling about Draco after last chapter.

Sorry...I've plowed right through this without stopping but I had to comment on this chapter. "But there's a never-ending whisper in my brain that reminds me she's not a pure-blood, that she's not good enough." Ugh, really Draco? That was disappointing to me to see that he had thoughts like that at this point in his life and after all that has happened. It definitely makes prefer for her to end up with Sirius. Maybe Draco and Neville can just get together. The last thing Hermione deserves is ending up with someone who thinks those things about her.

Thank you so much for detailed first chapters, you did a great job addressing the issues of the plague and law that most authors tend to skip over. I loved that the thing that has been bothering me in many similar fics finally got addressed – namely the ‘men’ groups and the fact that they’re grouped together not at random but by closest blood-connections. When different men of one family are paired with different women it just ruins the purpose of the plot. Clearly, since the children in one group will all be half-siblings either way, it’s only logical that their fathers would be all as closely related as possible too, so future generations have more opinions for partners without having to inbreed. I also loved that it wasn’t a ‘marriage’ but ‘procreation’ law, seems more realistic that way.
I’m not sure how I feel about the triad. ND works just fine but with Hermione in the mix it feels somehow unbalanced. Neville have feelings for her that are based on a low key crush he had nursed through the school years and that can be safely redirected into admiration and friendship. Draco did seem on his way of falling in love with Hermione when they were learning ‘intimacy’ and trying for a baby but then got sidetracked. And in the end, Hermione wasn’t their first choice. They knew very well she didn’t have much experience and missed some social dynamics growing up but instead of trying to work out thing with her and take a first step, they choose a safe route. It’s especially true in Draco’s case seeing as she was carrying his baby at the time. When would they have told her of their relationship if she didn’t bring up the topic herself? And then there was a distinct difference in relationship progress between ND and DH, NH.
Sirius is nice, and he did grew up finally. There’s affection for Hermione and a clear physical attraction on both sides but I don’t see deep meaningful type of romantic love there.
As I read I can’t help but feel that Lucius would have been the best partner for her. There’s no tension and indecision here and if had appeared on Hermione’s part Lucius would have just detected it and cut through it. He’s also the most emotionally mature and experienced and with everything going on that’s what Hermione needs. They have comfortable relationship. He’s not that old, especially not by wizarding standards, and there’s more than enough time for him to move on and for the bond between him and Hermione to grow on the basis of friendship and mutual respect.
I hope you will one day continue this work.

So it's been about a year since you updated this. And I want to say that this remains one of my absolute favorite stories. I think it's probably the best reverse-harem out there. I love the humor. I love the relationships. I love that there is a sense of stakes and narrative tension beyond Hermione's group. I am increasingly invested in all the girls and their relationships. I love their meetings and discussions. I love how they support each other. I love how they gripe about their latest pregnancies kicking.

I appreciate that you spent so much time over the first few chapters to establish what happens to Wizarding Britain to cause this situation. You talk about genetics and medical quarantine. It makes the stakes and the world seem so much more real. There are reasons why wizards can't leave or incentivize foreign witches to immigrate.

I love that Hermione is still smart and still trying really hard.
