Voldemort is ignorant of love..so I think the part of silver and gold given in the name of enemy’s ignorance (love) refers to Draco and Hermoine..thats my guess regarding the rings

Dang, Eloise, coming out of left field? Get it girl. My heart really went out to Hermione in this chapter. Having your best friend (and crush?) following his family's footsteps as your biggest fear definitely is terrifying. I don't blame her at all for breaking down, especially at an age where feelings start to develop. I'm glad the rest of Gryffindor stood up to Lavender. She's a great instigator but I think this is a great base for how the rest of the house will treat her in the coming years when she does starts drama.

Although this was finished years ago, I'm reading through this book for the first time. I read your first two books of this twisted canon when they were first written and only just thought to check for a sequel, and I'm excited to see that you've finished the series!
I think your legend is excellent, and the prophecy is quite poetic.
Just for the record, when trying to think of who would wear each of the rings, Cedric and Cho come to mind for Hufflepuff and Ravenclaw, which might be too obvious but would be rather brilliant.

Wow! Lily's temper is a fiery as her hair! It's too bad that someone couldn't have told Fudge where to go in canon.

Oh, Oliver Wood. I love him. The HP universe is richer with him in it. I also love that Draco isn't a seeker because Gryffindor's success isn't automatically Draco's failure.
