I was really glad Sesshoumaru went back home to help Kagome. Too bad he refuses to go ahead and do the mating mark-I have a feeling that's going to come back and bite him in the butt. I'm not sure why the father sent that flask to Kikyou. (But then again, it IS way past midnight here and my thinking may be a bit fuzzy.) I can't believe Inuyasha took Sango to Kikyou!

I am really enjoying all of the bedroom-hopping hijinks. Everyone seeing everyone else coming out of someone else's room-too funny! I am surprised Sesshoumaru left Kagome and just went to work after the way she was acting. And he didn't rush home after finding out she had almost been raped? I would think he would be demanding some answers. Seems to me like a lot of youkai need to stop lolly-gagging around and get to putting some mating marks on some humans. LOL! (And I'm not sure if I want to root for the father or for Totosai.)

Some very interesting developments in this chapter. I had my suspicions that Hojo was going to turn out to be the one stalking Kagome. I am very curious to see what your plans for the Shikon no tama are in this. I hope Kagome will be playing a major role. Totosai and the Underground were a great surprise.

Making Kagura a soap opera fanfiction author and Miroku one of her fans was truly inspired. Love it! So, Inuyasha is planning to flirt with Kagome, huh? Looking forward to it!

This may be my favorite chapter so far. I really loved the scene with Sesshoumaru and Kagome and the two little ones in the bed. I really enjoy the humor you inject into parts of this, too.

So much intrigue going on! And Sesshoumaru sure is an arrogant whiner. Acting so put out and calling Kagome slave just because she got the best of him when they argued earlier. He KNOWS her feelings and a bit of the horror of her past, yet he thinks she should trust him. You are keeping me on the edge of my seat with this story.

You struck gold again with the pairing of Kanna and Kohaku. His history is very sad, too. It's interesting to see Sakura's daughters both taking an interest in human males. My favorite line in this chapter was when Sesshoumaru asked Jaken what his name was because he's feeling so disoriented by everything going on. Nice!

I really like the idea of Miroku and Kagura in this. The scene in the bar with Miroku taking care of the two lizard youkai and then calling Kagura out for not looking past the fact that he's human was priceless. Inuyasha is so sweet with Sango! I was surprised Kagome gave in so quickly to Sesshoumaru's drunken advances. I am looking forward to seeing their relationship progress.

This is such an original plot! I apologize for not reviewing the previous chapters, but I have been so anxious to keep reading. How intriguing that the slave bond is reacting like a mating mark for Sesshoumaru. Having taken in Rin, Sesshoumaru really did start to evolve in his way of thinking about humans, and it also shows that he isn't that different from his father, who rescued Kagome when she was a young girl, too. I love the idea that the father may end up with Kaede. The hints of a future pairing between Inuyasha and a pregnant Sango are also nice. Usually I can't stand them being put together, but in this setting you have created, it works. Poor Kagome-having to deal with being a slave with a bond which has to be constantly renewed or else she dies, plus trying to take care of a terminally ill brother, AND having taken in an orphaned kitsune. All of that on top of her horrendously traumatic experiences as a child enslaved by an evil man. I am definitely looking forward to seeing her receive some love and kindness from Sesshoumaru, even though those things are not his forte. Reading on!
