ABOUT ME: I'm LinariteLavanya, also called Lulu, Lin, Lina, or LL by some friends on this site who think my full username is too much to type. I also go by Yuzu, from my tumblr and ao3 handles (yuzukimist and MYuzuki respectively).

*Please be aware, I am not currently active on this site, and therefore there will likely be a delay in responding to PMs (I'm also unlikely to respond to reviews at this time, but be aware that all reviews are very much appreciated). That being said, I'm trying to log in here more often and I'm slowly starting to post some of my newer content here as well.*

I'm on Archive of Our Own under the username MYuzuki (and all pseuds attached to it), on Inkitt under my same username LinariteLavanya (although I'm honestly never over there), and on tumblr under the username yuzukimist (the blog itself is called Moonlit Ramblings, with no connection to the person with Moonlit Ramblings as a username). I also have a fictionpress account under the username LazuliLarisa, but everything I have on there is really old, unfinished, and of questionable quality. I have plans to re-do all of the writing on there eventually, but who knows when that'll be.

To get to my announcements just scroll, it's right after this. My announcements are generally important, so you may want to go have a look. I can only come on here every few months, but I'll do my best to keep this page updated.

Also, just so everyone is aware (because I don't think I've ever actually made it clear and I probably should): I'm a firm believer of the "Don't like, don't read" mindset when it comes to fanfiction. If something is not to your taste, that's perfectly fine: use the back button, exit out of the tab, whatever. Please do not (I repeat, do NOT) come into my reviews section and complain about how you think something I've written is unrealistic/lame/stupid/*insert generic insult here* and you would do it differently. Save yourself the time and just...don't. I'm a nice person for the most part, but I have very little tolerance for rude comments that serve no purpose. If you have genuine constructive feedback, that's lovely. But anyone dropping by just to make disparaging comments will be ignored and/or reported depending on the severity of the incident.

I also (used to) run a Community, Calling All Original Characters. Originally a C2 for just Stargate: Atlantis OC fics, I have expanded it to include all good OC fics, no matter the category. If you're writing a good OC fic, I would love to have it included with the rest of the archive. If you have any recommendations, just let me know. I could also use some staff members, if anyone's interested, because I'm not around much anymore.

I also (used to) run a forum called The Roadhouse. It's a nifty little forum where you can stop by to advertise your story, ask for advice, or even just chat with other users. I haven't had many visitors lately, but I'm always happy for people to come on by. ;)

And I also (used to) run a Persona RP that sort of fell into disuse when I went on hiatus. I'm currently trying to revive it, with both old members and new members if anyone's interested in joining. If you're interested, drop on by: it's called Tournament of Souls: A Persona RP. It's been largely inactive for about half a decade, but there's still some fun stuff there if you wanted to check it out.

ANNOUNCEMENTS (updated June 6th, 2020)

(I have been pretty terrible at being present on this site lately, I apologize. I'm trying to do better!)

I have a few new ficlets that I haven't gotten around to posting here on ffnet yet; they're part of a Batfam-centric series and currently they're up on my Archive of Our Own page if you're interested in seeing them and don't want to wait for me to post them here on ffnet. My Ao3 username is MYuzuki and the series is called A Motley Little Crew of Dysfunction. I will eventually get around to posting the stories here, I'm just not sure when exactly.

I have some other Owari no Seraph content that I plan to post, as well as some Megaman X stuff. I'm still waffling about whether to come back to ffnet on a more consistent basis or not, but I've decided to at least update a couple of my older stories in the meantime. With that in mind:

Chapter 22 of Infinitas has been posted! I've slowly fallen back in love with this story again, so I'm trying to get back into working on it; this involves dusting off the chapters that I never posted and figuring out where I was going the plot, haha, but it's going well so far so I should be able to keep posting on a regular basis for a couple months at least.

Also, if anyone wants to see two nifty video trailers for the story, please check out Infinitas over on ao3; the links are in the story description and my ao3 username is MYuzuki. Also, I apologize for any typos that might be present in earlier chapters; I'm aware of them, but fixing them involves re-uploading the chapter files, fixing them, and then replacing the current files being used for the posted chapters and I just haven't had time for that lately.

Crashing With the Thunder in the Sky has been posted.

Regarding Inevitable specifically:

The final chapter, Chapter 100, of Inevitable has been posted! But worry not, that's not the last you'll see of the Mikaelson-Storme family. My current plan is to have two smaller sequel stories (basically an EzBekah wedding and a Zolijah wedding), followed by a full-length sequel titled Legacies. There's also going to be a spin-off centering around Sirena, but I can't say anything else about that right now, because of spoilers. Also because it's still in the brainstorming stage. XD

[Also, a massive thank you to Elejah88 (previously bulldozed88) for coining the shipping names for the pairings in Inevitable: Zolijah and EzBekah, as well as Klezra (the Klaus & Ezra friendship/bromance). Thank you~ :D]

ON HOLD/HIATUS:

Effective immediately, all stories that have not been updated within the last year or two (Persona: Path of Discovery, Elaria, Belief, Adelaide, Those Who Defend, Did You Find Joy?, Forgiveness, Heart of Ice, Lorelai, The Child, etc) are all officially on hold until further notice. This unfortunately includes the remaining entries in the Inevitable series (the wedding fics and Legacies).They are not permanently discontinued as such, but until I have more time to to devote to working on them, they're not going anywhere fast.

IN THE FUTURE:

I have a lot of fics posted on Archive of Our Own that I am considering cross-posting here. My mind isn't made up yet, because while I want as many people as possible to read and enjoy my works, I've also been absent from ffnet for a while and am honestly undecided as to whether or not coming back is worth it. We'll see how it goes, I guess, lol.

Chapter 22 of Infinitas will be posted in about 2-4 weeks, hopefully; I have it written already, I just need to do some last minute editing.
