I am the author of several published novels. I know a few of you have asked about continued fanfics, and I'm sorry I haven't written those lately, but my own original works are the reason why. My real name is Loralee Evans, and if you google my name, or go to online book retailers including amazon, and type my name in you will find my books.

I enjoy teaching, writing, running, being with my family, and reading all sorts of good books. I especially like the works of Tolkien, C.S. Lewis, J. Scott Savage, Harper Lee, and James Dashner.

Real life, real people, (especially children) are infinitely more important than fictional ones. That being said, I think fiction serves a vital purpose in our lives, in that it can teach us things about how to be better people, how to be kinder, more tolerant, more humane, more brave. It can stretch our minds and help us think in ways we didn't before, not detracting from our own personal values, but adding to, and complementing them. For me, anything that is only fluff, or wish fulfillment, anything that celebrates/condones any type of dishonorable behavior, any story that breaks its own rules, or that doesn't require its characters to truly work for what they get, is completely useless to me, because such stories do not help me learn how to be a better person.

In my own writing, I have tried hard to make stories that help those who read them to be a little kinder, stand a little taller, be a little better because of what they've read. I hope my stories have done and are doing that for you.
