I appreciate everyone's comments, feedback, and criticism over the years. Unfortunately, the time has come where I will be updating few and far in between on this site. My original works have taken precedence over fanfiction writing and I've closed down my biggest project, the Star Ocean 2 fanfic. Without that, there isn't much left for me to do here. Perhaps I'll upload some one-shots from time to time, but my multi-chaptered stories are at an end unless something changes in the future. Thank you again to everyone who supported me over the years.

Diving Into the Wreck--A short one-shot about the relationship (or lack of, therefore) between Akihiko and Mitsuru. The two of them insist that there is nothing going on between each other. Only one of them is telling the truth.

Falling Like The Rain--Yeah, so I'm a big time Cougar/Mimori fan. Don't take anything the wrong way after reading this fic. If you checked out my other ones on my...lost and forgotten profile...you'd understand. After all, I'm the court jester who ran that old sCRYed site, Red Alert, and had the Cougar/Mimori shrine, music video, fan art, fanfics, and adoption gifs. Yes. I'm THAT Kat. If you care, e-mail me and we can reminisce about days long gone. Anywho, I was writing this one-shot like a clown. I had absolutely no idea what I was doing. A second part has crossed my mind, but I don't think it will ever come to fruition.

Alcohol Sweeps Troubles Away Like A Broom!--It was sort of like a...challenge fic. Take a character who you would never see drunk, and put them in the worst kind of pain ever. This is Lezard's sad and miserable story. XD

Cat and Mouse--Okay, okay, I wrote this for creative writing and there was a word limit, which explains why it's so short. It's a really silly and pointless little story and even the teacher thought it was whacked out. But the most important thing was that my peers liked it...I think. Anyway, this version is based off of The Adventure Company's game of "And Then There Were None." Not a bad game. Not a bad game at all.

Rings, Boyfriends, and Smarmy Vampires—Cid/Shera centric on crack. No, it's a good story, I promise. And jealous Cid plus Don Corneo (no not as a romantic interest). You just gotta read it. Trust me.

Persona 3--Divided by the Vow--Akihiko/Mitsuru story. Gives a different take on the whole relationship when the story starts post break-up right before Christmas. I'm going to stop here before I spoil anything.

Ni No Kuni--To Steal a Smile--Esther/Swaine story. Takes place during the Tombstone Trail events with Swaine reflecting on his past, his current self, and the two most important people in his life.

Ni No Kuni--Her Majesty, the Ice Queen--Sort of a sequel to "To Steal a Smile." Focuses on similar aspects as before, but it's Esther who is doing the brooding this time around. Takes place during the first visit to Yule.

Current Projects

Here's where I have the list of my current projects and the ones on hiatus. Sorry to those who were reading the stories now labeled as “on hiatus.” This doesn't necessarily mean that they will be terminated. As I finish the shorter chapter stories, I'll be reopening these works.

Xenosaga--Nothing Like Romeo and Juliet (There are three chapters left, of which chapter five is already 3/4 done.) I'll probably be finishing this alongside Persona 3, “Divided by the Vow” since there's so few chapters left.

Time Hollow--A Hollow Gap (Won the popularity vote as well as the poll. Estimated twenty chapters left.) As popular as this story is and as painful as it is for me to say this, “A Hollow Gap” will be on hiatus until other projects are finished. Part of this is because my game was stolen and the chapters I had written out for this were deleted when my hard drive died. It's discouraged me, but I can say that it will probably be the first story I reopen of my hiatus fics.

Mana Khemia: Alchemists of Al-Revis--They Pulled Me From The River Thyle (There are only three chapters left and came in second for the poll.) I'll probably work on this story once I finish “Nothing Like Romeo and Juliet” and “Divided by the Vow.” I know what I want from this story, but I'm having a hard time conveying it into words.

Phoenix Wright--You, Me, and the War Between Us (Came in third for the poll. Estimated to have about four to five chapters left.) The story is on hiatus. My Phoenix Wright game was stolen, my notes were deleted when my hard drive crashed, and I've been having a difficult time with this story. Once my other projects start thinning out, I'll reopen this work.

Persona--Dance to the Waltz (Came in fourth for the poll. Estimated to have between ten to fifteen chapters left.) As much as I debated putting this on hiatus, I've refrained due to the fact that Innocent Sin will be released to PSP very soon and I'm pretty sure I'll be playing it. Thus, this will heighten my desire to work on this story. Until then, I'll be working slowly on this story until I decide otherwise.

Star Ocean 2--An Ocean of Mirrors (Most faved. Estimated to have about thirty to thirty-five chapters left.) This story is no more and will not be re-uploaded in the near future. I apologize for the inconvenience.

Lunar/Beyond the Beyond--For the Greater Good (Came in sixth for the poll. Estimated to have twenty to twenty-five chapters left.) As unpopular as this story and games are, I keep finding myself drawn back to it. As much as it should go on hiatus, I love Beyond the Beyond and Lunar (and am currently replaying them at the moment) and I want to finish it. Beyond the Beyond is disliked by many (not all), and, well, it just seems fair to have something written for it. Not about the reviews, but about the content in general. So I'm not putting this on hiatus yet.

Persona--Wearing the Inside Out (Came in seventh for the poll. Estimated to have about thirty to thirty-five chapters left.) Like “Dance to the Waltz” I can't seem to put this on hiatus—especially since I have twenty something odd chapters written out on it. So, like my other Persona story, I'll update slowly and sluggishly until I feel it's time to put this story on hiatus.

Final Fantasy VII--Stand By Me (Came in last on the poll. Estimated twenty to twenty-five chapters left.) Again, it pains me to say this, but I've got two more pre-written chapters before putting this story on hiatus. I just haven't had the chance to figure out where I want this story to go, but I want to eventually reopen this work. Sorry to my readers :(

In-depth Summaries:

Dance to the Waltz--A Persona story from Innocent Sin, Eternal Punishment, and Revelations. I was planning on this being a rather big story, but I'm somewhat stuck at the moment on plot ideas, without spoiling TOO much. Also, it's one of those things where the games are super old and nobody knows or cares about them anymore. Though I played the game way back in 2001, I think I might be seven years too late to be posting this story. I guess we'll see though. I update as I slowly and sluggishly pop out chapters.

You, Me, and the War Between Us--I had real high hopes for this one, but I seem to be crashing more than flying. I'm about five chapters into it with a sixty page plotline, but I just can't figure out how to transition the case. I know what I want, but I'm just having a difficult time portraying it. Any suggestions? E-mail me, please! ON HIATUS!

For the Greater Good--I already know that I'm in WAAAY over my head with this one. First of all, Lunar is an old game. Second of all, Beyond the Beyond is even older. Half of you guys are probably like wtf is Beyond the Beyond? I have an interesting concept for this one where Finn's days are numbered, and the only one who can save him is the Goddess Althena. But Luna forsake all of her powers to become human. What's Finn to do? Come on, give this one a chance...please?

Nothing Like Romeo and Juliet--This one is a cinch. I have about two more chapters left to actually write this thing, not including what I've already posted. It's about seven chapters total.

Stand By Me--I have NO idea what the heck I'm doing with this one. It's pretty much AU, if Zack had survived and had become something crazy (crazy, man, CRAZY!), and if Shera had met him. It's a weird twist that I put on the FFVII and even Crisis Core series. Somebody, stop me! (or at least review. :shrug:) ON HIATUS!

Wearing the Inside Out--Here's a story that I've spent more than eight years on. It's all from Katsuya's point of view from the start of the game to the end. Like 'Dance to the Waltz,' I'm really skeptical about this story. I have NO idea how it's gonna do.

They Pulled Me From The River Thyle--A Flay centricish kind of story. Parents' Day is coming up for the academy and the topic of Flay's parents becomes the interests of everyone.

Divided By the Vow--Another Persona 3 fic with Mitsuru and Akihiko. Like my other P3 fic, "Diving Into the Wreck," it's a change of pace from the normal Aki/Mitsu fics. Without spoiling too much, I'll just let you read it.

A Hollow Gap--A Time Hollow fic. I was just waiting for someone to suggest a category for it before posting it. Basically takes place at the end of the game. Ethan is dissatisfied with the way things turned out and enters a period of slumpish...ness. Things take a turn for the worst when he's forced to save himself from someone who wants to kill him by jumping out of time. Sucks to be Ethan. ON HIATUS!

To Steal a Smile--A Ni No Kuni fic. Takes place during the events on Tombstone Trail. If there's one person Swaine never thought he'd be jealous of, it was himself. Esther/Swaine fic.

Her Majesty, the Ice Queen--A Ni No Kuni fic. Sort of a sequel to "To Steal a Smile." Esther/Swaine. Takes place during the party's first visit to Yule. Esther contemplates on her mother, who left her and her father behind long ago, and dubs her the 'Ice Queen' because of her life spent in Yule. All the while of doing this, she aims to do the snow activities her mother described to her as a child, as well as obtain a beautiful blizzard bloom of the Winter Isles. But whether it's the cold weather or reflection on the past, Esther's mood is affected, and it causes heavy tension between her and Swaine.
