![]() Author has written 19 stories for Angel, Buffy: The Vampire Slayer, Firefly, Harry Potter, Mentalist, NCIS, and Gossip Girl. Finally got around to opening an account here in order to archive all of my fanfiction in one place. I've lost some of it over the years, thanks to changing computers and hosting sites going down, but hopefully this way I can keep track of the rest of it. Pen-names over the years have included psyraven, Psychic Raven, Rio and lancashire_lass (my LJ name). My fic ranges across a number of shows, but I tend to have a OTP for each one. These include Tony/Ziva in NCIS, Jane/Lisbon in the Mentalist, Dan/Blair in Gossip Girl, Buffy/Giles in BtVS, Angel/Cordy in Angel, Brennan/Booth in Bones (well, duh!) and River/Jayne in Firefly/Serenity. Other shows I love but have no desire to write for at present include: Chuck, Pushing Daisies, Alias, Ugly Betty, Desperate Housewives, Supernatural and Gilmore Girls. Favourite current British shows ('cause I am from the UK) are Ashes to Ashes (Gene/Alex all the way!), Merlin and Primeval. Having got out of the habit of watching it, I am now two seasons behind on Doctor Who... it just hasn't been the same since Rose left - sniffle :( Feedback is always welcome, but I do ask that you keep it about the story rather than the pairing - if something isn't your cup of tea, don't read it! I clearly indicate the pairing in all my summaries, so you can't say you weren't warned. And certainly don't feel the need to tell me that it's creepy and unnatural... chances are, that's why I like it. Other than that, feel free to leave constructive criticism, since that's how all writers develop their skills. P.S. I don't 'do' slash, either reading or writing it. No problem with people who do, just not my thing, since I like my stories to be true to character as far as possible, and homosexuality for a blatantly hetero character is about as OOC as you can get! (That being said, for characters that are ambiguous or outright homoerotic in their interactions - yes, Merlin and Arthur, I am looking at you - all bets are off, I think.) |
