I've just reread hunger games trilogy and still felt like it was rushed. After reading numerous fanfic i finally found this. Sure a few grammatical errors here and there, but this is the closure somehow neglected in the final book. Thanks!

I was brought here from a thread on Reddit and I am so thankful I was! This fanfic brings the needed closure after reading Mockingjay. It feels and reads as if it is truly the 4th book in the series. Love the experience of Katniss realizing she’s always loved Peeta and seeing her be a genuine caregiver as opposed to what always felt forced in the books. I could go on, but I won’t. You should read this if you’re experiencing a Mockingjay hangover.

Omg the ending of this chapter is so CUTE

This book is so great! Really feels like part of the real book and not just fan-fiction. This fills up many gaps in between the end of the war and when they get married, providing many cute scenes at the same time too. I really like how the author clearly depicted how katniss falls for peeta again and how they complement each other perfectly
