Author has written 10 stories for Firefly. I'm Gem, and I love "Firefly" and I love to write and those two things sort of came together here. The River/Jayne pairing is, to me, the most interesting and addictive pairing of any fandom I've encountered. (Draco/Ginny would have to come in second.) They really do seem inevitable to me. Not that Joss would necessarily have gone there, but he didn't shy away from the odd pairing (Spuffy). Someone asked me once what I would do if I won one of those gigantic lotteries, and my immediate response was that I would bribe (and finance) Joss Whedon to continue "Firefly" in some respect: TV show, more movies, OVA, graphic novel, I don't care. Helping the poor, curing cancer, sending my children to college...nah. More "Firefly." 1/17/11 - Just trying to consolidate some fics.
