Opinions on FF matters:

Mary-Sues:Hate them with a burning passion. Hate them with every fiber of my being. Hate them so much there are not enough words in the English language to describe how much I hate them.

OC's:Again, hate them. If I'm reading a summary of a story or the actual story, as soon as I get even an inkling of an OC appearing, I stop reading and just throw it out. I cannot condone OC's.

Yaoi:Haha. My favourite aspect of FF. I always read Yaoi now, mainly involving Damon&Jeremy or Dean&Castiel. Oh, and Uchihacest. Uchihacest is freaking hilarious. Vampire Diaries Slash with Stefan/Damon is amazing. I love explicit lemons. I do read stories without yaoi occasionally, but only if they have an exceptional plot and involve fandoms that I like. Case in point:YGO, Artemis Fowl, Harry Potter, Naruto.

Updates:I know with my stories I make less than frequent updates, but it really just pisses me off when I start reading a story and then just as it's getting really good, there are no more chapters and then I have to wait like a bloody year or MORE before I get the next for my updates, several elements keep me from making frequent ones, being brain;I'll be so inspired for a story that I'll be able to write like 5 pages, but then once that idea runs out, the very next day, I'll get hit by the abominable plague known as "writer's block". And that normally will last at least three days, or, when it's really severe, a month. My longest writer's block episode to date has been 7 months. 7! time. I have school and homework and chores and even though I do get quite a bit of extra time in between these things to write, it is actually really hard for me to sit down for more than 2 consecutive hours without either being interrupted by my parents or my bladder. hand. I get writer's cramp like nobody's business after writing for more than an hour straight. And it really bothers me because I have to write in school, notes and such, I have to write things like grocery lists and whatnot for my parents because no one can read their writing. And processes. It takes me at least three weeks to get an update up even after I've finished coming up with the idea because of the whole process I have to go through for getting my fanfics up. Since I don't have my computer in my room, first I have to write down the chapter on paper. Then I have to fine-tune it. Then I have to type it up with my restricted computer time since my brother is ALWAYS.FREAKING.ON. Then I have to fine-tune it some more on the computer. Then I have to upload it, insert the line-breaks and shit. Then finally, I can post it. All that usually takes about a month, depending on when I get chances to do all that stuff.

Asking people to R & R all the time:I don't like it when people do that. I just ask people to review on like the first chapter of all of my fics so they can tell me if I should continue, or to give me advice, or to just tell me that the story was crap and needs to be overhauled. I do review stories, but only if they are exceptionally good, or if I want to bug the author to update because they haven't for a really long time.
