About the Author:

I'm a secondary school student, and I'm currently doing my GCSEs. I'm studying art, history, French and Spanish, but I also LOVE English, and it is my one big hope to become a famous author one day. I am currently writing a book, which I hope to get published once it's finished. I am also teaching myself Sindarin, because I am a huge fan of Lord of the Rings, and, mainly, because I was bored one day :)

I love to read, and always have done. I never go anywhere without either a book, sketchbook or notebook, as reading, drawing and writing are my biggest passions. I am also a massive nerd, with a love of nature documentaries. I also am obsessed with Doctor Who, Torchwood and Sherlock. I am also completely transfixed by films, especially the soundtracks. Whenever I'm working, I have to listen to a soundtrack. My favourites are Narnia and Lord of the Rings. I also love to sing, and I have done five singing grades.

One of my friends put me onto reading fanfiction, and since I started I can't get enough! I've read so many brilliant stories, and so have decided to start my own account and join in! I love to write in my spare time, and since I was little, I used to imagine being a part of different films, creating my own characters, and this is the perfect opportunity :)

My Top 10 Favourite Characters of ALL TIME! :

1. Ray from Princess and the Frog, because he is such a sweet, funny character, and he is awesome :D

2. Severus Snape from Harry Potter, because, let's face it, who doesn't love him?

3. Neville Longbottom from Harry Potter. If he were real, I would marry him

4. Ianto Jones from Torchwood. He's so quiet to begin with, but then he turns out to be one of the funniest characters! I love him :)

5. Reynardine from Gunnerkrigg Court. He is pretty darn cool B)

6. Kat from Gunnerkrigg Court. I love her because she is such a good friend, and also she is a HUGE nerd like me ;)

7. A tie between Legolas and Aragorn from Lord of the Rings. Legolas is a complete ninja, and Aragorn is totally badass, and on top of that, they are both gorgeous! So I can't pick one...

8. Jack Sparrow from Pirates of the Caribbean because I am crazy about Johnny Depp, but also his way of talking just makes me love him :P

9. Sherlock from...er...Sherlock. Again with the talking, I just love it when he makes his little analysises. And his incredible wit too

10.Captain Jack Harkness from Torchwood and Doctor Who. Why? Because he's Captain Jack Harkness...

So now you know what kind of things I like, as they are most likely the things that I will be basing my fanfictions around. Here's a few more trivial things:

Colour: Green

Food: OREOS!! (I'm a healthy child ;P)

Song: I like film soundtracks most of all, but I am also a huge fan of Bruce Springsteen and Florence The Machine :)

Strengths: I think my biggest strengths are creative writing and drawing. However, I am fairly good at singing. I also have an uncanny knack for remembering quotes from films, and other bits of useless information.

Weaknesses: I am terrified of loud bangs (e.g. things like fireworks and balloons) Seriously, if there is a balloon in the room, I start to panic :S Also, I have a big weakness for popcorn. Once I start eating it, I can't stop. And I'm also easily distracted, especially if a book is in sight.

So there you have it. Hopefully you know a little more about me know. Please feel free to read and comment on my stories. I will try my best to update regularly, but as I said before, I am easily distracted, so I may be a little late at times. I welcome any hints, tips or constructive criticisms, but no flames please. Remember, I am new at this, and I write fanfiction as a way of practising my storytelling and purely for fun. It is something I do to relax and release stress, so please do not go taking everything so seriously.
