I am a twenty-something woman who loves many things: my family, my dogs Lucy and Bella, writing, reading, horses, horseback riding, animals, learning new things, movies, television, the occasional nature outing, hanging out with friends, amongst other things.

I have loved writing for as long as I can remember. I have a story going in my head at all times, though I don't always write them down. I hope to one day write an original novel and think that might be an obtainable goal.

Of course, in books, I do happen to love Twilight (Jasper is my hero), The Hunger Games (Peeta is awesome), The Mortal Instruments (Jace cracks me up every time he opens his mouth except for when he's sad), The Sword of Truth series (love me some Richard Cypher), The Night Huntress Series (Cat kicks ass and Bones can love on me any time he so chooses), the Sookie Stackhouse Mysteries (gotta love Eric and Alcide, Bill not so much), Harry Potter, any book with a strong female lead, a premise I find interesting, or any number of other things I can't always explain either to myself or anyone else.

In TV, Supernatural is my all-time favorite show, at least for now. The Winchester brothers rock my socks. As the t-shirts say, "I'm a Sam girl but I'm Dean curious." Also, gotta love the ever prevalent Dean quote, "Driver picks the music, shotgun shuts his cake hole."

Honestly, I watch too much TV. I have too many favorites, but here are some of them: Battlestar Galactica (one of the best things Hollywood has ever put out, ever), Suits, White Collar, Burn Notice, Hawaii Five-O, Fringe, The Vampire Diaries, Covert Affairs, NCIS, Revolution, Blue Bloods, Arrow, Criminal Minds, Once Upon a Time, Grey's Anatomy, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Angel, Smallville, Bones, Being Human—U.S. version, Face Off, Restaurant Impossible, So You Think You Can Dance, The Glades, Longmire, Everwood, Kyle XY, Wildfire, Dark Angel, One Tree Hill, Grey's Anatomy, The Walking Dead (which is absolutely awesome), Alias, Chuck, Grimm ...

I love movies, and there are many truly great ones, but I enjoy TV more because they allow for so many more opportunities for character development and evolution. I like that.

Why Jasper and not Edward?

I like Edward, but I love Jasper because his history is so rich and interesting. I appreciate things like that. I also feel I can relate more to Jasper for reasons I don't care to discuss.
