Thank you for your feedback. This is actually a pretty old fic and I've been hyperaware of its flaws since the moment I posted it, only leaving it up because others seemed to enjoy it in spite of my mistakes. I'm not writing fanfic anymore, but if I do I'll try to be better at fact checking.

Nice fic. I think Katniss' reasons for leaving were a bit much. I can see her feeling like that, but not even speaking to him about it seems like a plot convenience. Also, about the TB that Prim had. I see you explained that her mom (you keep writing mum, too...that's British) didn't want to take her to the hospital. That explains why she died of something easily treatable, but there would be consequences after her death. Her mom would be arrested for neglect for not taking her to the hospital. Also, TB is extremely contagious; it is airborne. Prim would've needed to be in an isolation and Katniss would've caught it if she wasn't wearing protective gear including respiratory masks. Mistakes like that make the story less believable.

I haven't finished this yet, but why is Prom dying? Tuberculosis is treatable and curable. She just needs to go on antibiotics for a few months.

Absolutely the most adorable story! My sole complaint is that I started reading in the middle of the night whilst experiencing a pique of insomnia and had to stay awake to finish it. I feel like death today but I would do it again. Your Peeta is so sweet. Thank you for posting this!
