ABOUT THE AUTHOR

My name is Brittny (middle name is Anmylica, hence my pen-name) and I am an 8th grade ELA teacher. I love Harry Potter and Twilight, although I will admit I can't stand any Twilight fanfiction. Too many authors just can't make the characters believable, and most of the plots are just not what I look for. I love to write in my spare time and I have plenty of ideas. I'm also recently into writing for DBZ and have joined the Blue and Black Community on LJ. Some of the best authors for Vegeta/Bulma fics are on there, and I hope to become a part of that elite author list someday.

Gryffindor- 82 (out of 100) Students of Gryffindor are typically brave, daring, and chivalrous. Famous members include Harry, Ron, Hermione, Albus Dumbledore (head of Hogwarts), and Minerva McGonagall (head of Gryffindor).

Ravenclaw- 88 (out of 100) Ravenclaw students tend to be clever, witty, intelligent, and knowledgeable. Notable residents include Cho Chang and Padma Patil (objects of Harry and Ron's affections), and Luna Lovegood (daughter of The Quibbler magazine's editor).

Hufflepuff- 76 (out of 100) Hufflepuff students are friendly, fair-minded, modest, and hard-working. A well-known member was Cedric Diggory, who represented Hogwarts in the most recent Triwizard Tournament.

Slytherin- 63 (out of 100) Slytherin students are typically cunning and hungry for power. Important members include Draco Malfoy (Harry's nemesis), Professor Severus Snape (head of Slytherin), and Lord Voldemort.

I have many drabbles and one-shots I want to do, but I'm currently working on a Lily-James novel-length fic. I have no idea when I'll publish it, as I'm still only writing the first chapter, but it's my take on how the relationship dynamic evolved between Lily and James. It focuses mostly on James' point of view, but sometimes I will switch to Sirius' if needed. Here's the information so far with summary: American Pie PG-13 Lily/James Just when James felt nothing would ever help him get the girl, some life-altering events happen and change him beyond what everyone would have believed capable. Suddenly saddled with the responsibility of caring for his frail mother, ill father, newly found "brother," and being Quidditch Captain and Head Boy (not to mention taking schoolwork seriously because of the upcoming NEWTS, helping Remus with his transformations, and worrying about the ever-growing threat from Voldemort) leaves James perhaps more grown up than he bargained for. After everything he's been through in just one short summer, will he get Lily Evans to finally admit her deepening attraction for him, or will the two of them miss what they're looking for in each other? It's seventh year and time is running short for them all, especially when the wizarding world is fast approaching the biggest stalemate ever seen.

MY STORIES

Lustful Intentions- Draco/Hermione. AU. Written based on events from "PoA" movie. Draco swears he'll "get that jumped-up Mudblood, mark my words." But just what lengths will he go to get her? On permanent hiatus right now. I hope to go back and edit it and finish, but ever since Deathly Hallows, I'll admit I don't really read much Dramione anymore. Instead, I have transferred my hopes and dreams onto their kids, Scorpius and Rose. :)

Rock Star- Snape, James/Lily. Written during MWPP era. Ludo Bagman makes a bet, and not just any bet. Snape has to be transformed into a rock star in three weeks, or the Marauders lose more than just money. Can Snape delve into the world of leather, lace, and rhinestones, or will everyone involved fall flat on their faces? AU as of a long time ago. I WILL return and finish this soon.
