Very good take on classic

For the author: these two fics work so beautifully together. This part has more tension than the first. That makes sense as both Bulma and Vegeta have been with other people and understand more of their attraction to each other. The first part had all the intensity of what it is like to feel young love and not know what is happening. The line in this one: "We were never friends" best summarizes that type of intense connection where you mean the world to each other but aren't bf/gf and yes, you have a deep friendship, but it's more than either the bf/gf or friend label can contain. I don't think anyone else has written the two of them at those two disparate ages so well.

For other readers: this is one of the best B/V fics out there. It's up there with The Chikyuu Contaminant.

This is probably the best fic I'll ever read for Vegeta & Bulma, & I am so sad it's over but it was SOOOO good & well written & the pace was & how you changed the events on namek was AMAZING tysm!

not sure how I feel about the story line being changed so drastically when I felt it had finally gotten back on track. (I understand it's AU, just bothered me) like, King Kai is so important to Goku getting stronger and communicating with the warriors when shit gets crazy.
but aside from that, great writing! thanks for your hard work and the story before this.

Your stories are soo well written and engaging, you're clearly an exceptionally talented writer. but I can't help but be really annoyed at how Bulma practically gave up on Vegeta after she came back to earth she didn't do anything to try and reach him, she just moved on even though he did everything to protect her, and then she just moved on from him and tried to forget idk I just feel like it was really uncool of her.
