I read this story years ago before I made a profile and I really liked it. It's a shame its not been updated for so long as I think the plot is really good.

As I stated before, the author's notes are very frustrating.

But on the subject of what they eat in England... well, I'm American as well and have no clue - but at least you didn't have them eat fish and chips! That would have been so frustrating. *grin*

Hm, interesting, though I still think its moving a bit too fast. But whatever.

Oh, and could you remove the author's notes from the middle of the story? 1) ff . net does not allow them, 2) they look bad, and 2) they interrupt the flow of the story.

Amazing story, though unfortunately its not as un-cliche as you said it would be. But cliched romances are generally good, as well as they are well-written. The only complaint I have is that perhaps the plot is moving too quickly. Its only been a day or so, and already James and Lily are fast friends, and I think that's just a bit out of character, as far as I know. Although, I supose, J. K. Rowling never actually explained James and Lily's characters. Anyways, it is, at the very least, well written, without grammatical errors and with very nice flow.

Why won't you continue writing this story? I think its sad, that it's already finished and it it way to short! I would like to read more about Lily and James' Relationship. The End was to abrupt.

its kinda disapointing even though you said you said it was different. you said you've read a hundred l/j fics.. i've only read 3 chapters and i'm already quite bored, you make it sound so dull.. the kind of events are very uninteresting except with the gramma-and-her-wig-thing-in-the-quidditch-cup.. to be able to make a fic that's clicheproof, i suggest you read an extra 500 more.. i think you write with an air of sophistication but i feel like you're limiting your creativity.. BE BOLD! Try something embarassing or really funny. write somehing that YOU would laugh at. bring out the characters more, show a bit of their flaws so they seem more human-if you catch my drift- oh well, i hope you do better!
