Hey, I'm TheOracle18, and I'm a 17 year old girl, living in New Zealand.

My favourite books/series are Harry Potter, Percy Jackson and the Olympians (and Heroes of Olympus) and a few other ones including; the Hunger Games, the Talent Chronicles, Throne of Glass and anything Ally Carter writes!

But I'll mostly be writing fanfics for those first two :D I LOVE HARRY POTTER!

Works In Progress:

1) Hourglass - this is a Harry Potter AU fic which starts at the end of Deathly Hallows, during the King's Cross chapter, and includes Harry going back in time to destroy the Horcruxes and defeat Voldemort, all in under 24 hours. I know the ideas not necessarily original but hopefully my take on it will be - currently being published, another chapter every week.

2) The Legacy Of The Phoenix (not definite title) - I've had an idea for a Harry Potter AU fic, which would have an alternate ending to OotP and then carry on from there. Right now it's mostly a collection of little half finished scenes but I hope I'll be able to make it into a proper story. The plot is now complete and my chapter plans are finished, basically I just need to fine tune everything and get writing! Current plan puts it at 20 chapters but I have a feeling it might go over that or they'll be really long chapters, I'm pretty excited about it as I think it's a really original idea so hopefully that will keep me writing.

3) Untitled - an AU Harry-raised-by-Voldemort fic, I hope my take on the idea is different than anyone else who's done this type of story, but I haven't read many, mine's definitely not going to be a dark!Harry fic though. I've finished planning and it's only going to be 7 chapters long (most powerfully magical number ;) maybe it's a good sign) so it shouldn't (in theory) take me too long to write, but who knows if I'll ever finish it - 1 chapter down, 6 to go!

4) Various one-shots are always in the works - more specifically I'm working on a James/Lily one-shot at the moment (which has turned into a short multi-chapter fic - oops! - but it's very nearly finished!).
