I cried this chapter. It's 5 in the morning, I stumbled onto it at midnight. Why have I neglected Romione? No, you've got me back into it. I salute you for writing one of the most beautiful fanfictions of all time.

To answer you questions on emma’s reaction and ron’s questions: i believe they wanted to show that hermione never REALLY paid attention to harry, she didnt pay attention when he was sleeping, she just didnt care for it. It wasnt something hermione was interested on. Nonetheless she WAS interested in ron bc there is a deleted scene where ron is sleeping and maked like a little noise and hermione goes to him straight away...

Over the years, I've read and reread Seven Simple Years so many times, but it never gets old. Ron and Hermione are really so difficult to write (I know from past experiences!) but you just nailed it! I especially liked this chapter, as I've read many Ron/Hermione moments like this, where I unfortunately sort of glaze over halfway through, because of the fluffy sappiness. But this was just completely different- there were so many imperfections in their private moment, unlike those other stories where it's like: "R and Hr dance and kiss"- it may not seem like a big difference, but yours was just so much better! ("R and Hr dance, are interrupted and fail to kiss- again"). So thanks so much for sharing this amazing story- probably one of my favorite Romione stories!

Ps: when hermione was Bonnie to her parents when they lost the memory, that was a reference to avpm right? At least I thought it was!

I recently rewatched all the movies and was totally needing more Romione so I pulled up fanfiction for the first time in years. I knew I had some good Missing Moment fics saved in my favorites and I'm so glad I clicked on yours first! You're a great writer and I love your perspective on these missing moments!
