Nerd- 1) an intelligent but single-minded person obsessed with a nonsocial hobby or pursuit. 2) an individual persecuted for his superior skills or intellect, most often by people who fear and envy him. 3) an "individual" i.e. a person who does not conform to society's belief that all people should follow trends and do what their peers do. Often highly intelligent but socially rejected because of their obsession for a given subject, usually computers. Unfortunately, nerds seem to have a problem breeding, due to the detriment of mankind in a whole.

Anyways, my name is Rebecca. I am a nerd of epic proportions. My definition of nerd being someone who can actually enjoy life, be herself, and loves to read. I love to write and I love feedback, so if you think I suck, tell me. I won't take it very well, but I'll get over it and everybody needs a little constructive criticism in their life. :)
