Poll: What is your favorite infected? Vote Now! |
![]() Author has written 10 stories for Sonic the Hedgehog, and Loud House. Country: United States Gender: Male Also, if you see someone with my username with an additional word behind it, claiming to be related to me, they aren't. They're just rabid fans. Some of the sections that have peaked my interest: Sonic: Now Sonic I still read stories in that section often, despite the fact that no one has made a good story, or at least a story that catches my interest. All the action and adventure is almost like that of the games themselves. Starting writing one myself. Left 4 Dead: Based off the awsome game in which you gotta shoot countless zombies, these stories are somewhat good but not as never as good as the game itself, unless the story is humorous. My favorite infected is the the witch. She may seems harmless but startled she will kill. My other favorite is the Hunter. Can jump long distances, claw at you for a long time if the Survivor is alone, though they can be easily be killed by a tank. I also took a liking to the tank because he is the infected that can change a situation entirely. I have my own set of owned counts of survivors with it, same with the charger. I don't like the spitter so much since she's not very useful when survivors are constantly moving. However she does add damage when some infected have pinned someone. Team Fortress 2: Based off what is known to be the best multiplayer for the PC, TF2 has some good stories, however the section isn't that big, like around nearly 700 stories compared to over 1,000 in others. However a few stories did catch my interest. My favorite character in the game is the engineer. He his probably the best defensive class since a well-placed sentry can cover areas pretty well, and I made myself to be a damn good engineer on certain maps. Main thing that annoys an engineer is the demoman. They were made to destroy your base, and if you don't deal with them quick you'll be screwed. Also, WM1 pyros can be annoying but not as much as the tryhard snipers who will always get on you for bodyshotting them once. Loud House: The newest series on Nick has really drawn a lot of interest since it first aired. Originally, the characters were going to be rabbits, but this was changed to human as we could relate to them more. As the only series to beat out Spongebob in ratings, this series has earned my respect. I generally like the show, but some episodes make Lincoln feel too much like a black sheep or paint his sisters in a more jerkish light when they should know better. In effect, I could go into a huge rant on what I don't like about the show, but I'll pass. (for now) However, as of Season 3, the show has taken a much lighter turn in which characters that previously didn't get much action are now taking the spotlight (including most of the sisters). However, some people are still holding onto past seasons and never seemed to move on from them, and consider to think that season 3 has poor episodes when it actually has good ones. Killing Floor: Haven't exactly read the section much, but I do enjoy the game. Played the first killing floor, now I have Killing Floor 2, which is essentially a much better take on the game. Sure, KF1 had some nostalgia going for it with the old unreal engine, but like L4D compared to L4D2, it lacked some good visuals when it came to mutilating your opposition. If you blow up a horde of zeds, I expect to see body parts flying, not just a cloud of red mist (because the explosives aren't that powerful). Sure, this was due to technical limitations, but still. With Killing Floor 2, I found just that. Nothing makes me smile more than painting the whole landscape red with zeds that I blow to pieces. Also, the biggest zeds, the Scrake and Fleshpound, actually look as menacing as they should be. In the first game, they were skinny and lanky, with the only intimidation coming from the fact the scrake had a chainsaw and the fleshpound was lit up. With the new muscular approach, both large zeds finally have the look to match their threat levels. Not to mention the game always has a global roar that plays whenever one spawns. The Killing Floor 1 diehards dis the second over nostalgia reasons, but those are the type of people that hate progress. Personal OC Kor Theron Royce Age: Unknown, assumed to be in his 20s (The following is his appearance before the events of A New Age) Physical Appearance: Before coming to Mobius, he was an average sized person, measuring 5'5". White skin tone, voice was abit deep with brownish hair. He looked like a slightly taller version of the Engineer from Team Fortress 2. After coming to Mobius, he was turned into a red mobian fox, decreasing his height to around 4'8". His hair now appears bushier and more reddish than brown but his voice remained in tact. Wears black engineer goggles on his forehead, brown gloves, white shoes, and carries a bladed multi-purpose wrench. Personality: Of the RED team, being the engineer he was one of the more sane members of the group, but he still has his moments of being outright insane. He gets annoyed when his buildings get destroyed or messed with. When he becomes angered he can be unapproachable at times, and if he wants someone dead he'll find a way to kill them. Abilities: Posesses an IQ of 220. Over the years he grew interested in robotics beyond the usual sentry gun, and went on to design and develop derivatives of it as well as different kinds of sentries, up to the point he started developing actual robots. History: Not much of Kor is known before he began working for the Reliable Excavation and Demolition aside from the fact he has a Ph. D in robotics and another in weapon systems. He achieved both around the same time. However his time as the RED Engineer led him to think of the other mercs as family, despite that some of them, namely Scout, pissed him off quite often. He once traveled to a different world where he met a love interest but things didn't work out in the end. When the Gravel Wars ended due to Gray Mann assassinating the employers of RED and BLU the mercs from both teams worked together to track him down and kill him (also because he tried to murder the mercs with a horde of robots based off them). With the Gravel War over Kor began to develop different types of sentries for certain uses as well as a few robots, which aided in hunting down Gray. Since Gray escaped to Mobius thanks to Eggman, and due to a teleporting mishap, Kor found himself turned into a Mobian Red Fox. Despite this, he and the rest of the mercs hunted down and ended Gray once and for all. During this conflict he lost his right hand and had it replaced with a Gunslinger from Mann Co. Due to becoming a fox, Kor decided to live the rest of his days on Mobius, where he would continue to develop more advanced robots that could rival Eggman's and grow affectionate towards a certain AI. You can now see Kor's current appearance during A New Age. Credit goes to my brother (whose been drawing stuff for Deviant Art for years and has been studying in graphic design in college). |
