Everyone parts ways, and now the beginning of a new adventure. This was an amazing story, Phantom. And it makes me happy that Hope was able to get to the quarterfinals! Tough to hear what happened to Kyla. Abusive parents, poverty...pretty much everything. And to think that Zed pretended to be nice just to get what he wanted. Hopefully things will be better for her in the future. I await the epilogue.

Not to be nitpicky, you are a good author, but you really seemed to overuse the word "electric" and the phrase "human like creature(s)". Normally I'd ignore any repetiton, but in this chapter it wasrathr tedous, and took away from the general effect.

Just throwing that out there. Otherwise I liked the chapter :)
