It's a fusion of Ranma 12 and Marvel's Avengers. Chapter 1 lays the groundwork for what's to come as it deals with several of the heroes origins and is a bit dry and serious compared to the rest of the story. Chapter 2 is more like the rest of the story if you want to skip to it.

In his fight against Herb, Ryoga and Mousse betray Ranma, locking him into his cursed body until Ranko comes out of nowhere and makes Ranma an offer he can't refuse. Then Washio, a winged, missing Tendo son appears. In chapter 6, the Tendo matriarch lays down the law and finds out what has happened to her family over the years. At the same time, Ranko makes some new friends.

Akira Ugoyama has come a long way to learn Anything Goes, befriending Ranma in the process. In ch. 14, after Happosai trained and transformed him into something more powerful, Akira takes on Drago N. King for a rematch. Then Ranko finally takes Ranma back to her universe where Ranma gets to meet some of the Z Warriors.

AU. After getting attacked by a villain, Izuku has his body stolen by none other than Bill Cipher. Reduced to a soul, Izuku must figure out a way to get his body back.
