I have recently been working on Sims 2/X-Men fanfictions. It sounds weird but really you just write a story and illustrate with the Sims. I have completed one so far (written on paper and then typed at school when I had no laptop, don't worry, I've not abandoned you for the shiny new toy... even if I do have lots of Romy babies in the game) and it's all posted. If ya'll want to have a look, it's located in the "Members' Stories" section of Synapticsim's Lair under the title 'X-Kids'. Registration is required, but it's free and you'll get access to lots of other really cool stuff there if you do, so that's a bonus. Anyone with The Sims 2 that just happens to enjoy X-Men, or any other comic, will also be thrilled to know that it is the best place to go for comic-based Sims. Seriously. There's a Spiral Sim, complete with extra arms and a Trigon with extra eyes, as well as Wolvie's hair and claws, X-23's claws (all 6), Nightcrawler's tail, Rogue's hair, Cyke's visor, some fab costumes, AND IT'S ALL FREE!

Seriously, I cannot stress this enough. There's even Mister Sinister (with awesome cape), and Buckethead's bucket, and SENTINELS! and THE BLACKBIRD! and swords and daggers and... EEE! It's just so freakin' awesome! Go there. Go there right now. Go and get some cool Sims for your game (most, if not all, are base-game compatible) or read stories or look at pictures or get involved in discussions about TV, movies, games, comics and anything else that comes to mind. It's really cool. And the guy who runs it is possibly the coolest guy on the planet. He's gifted with Sims. And he's written some really cool stories.

Due to Wikipedia being the awesome website it is, I've found out that a Gambit Origins movie is possible in the making! Taylor 'Yummy Gambit' Kitsch may be reprising his role as our favourite bio-kinetic charging Cajun and I have, therefore, been on a massive buzz all weekend. YAY!! There are also rumours that Rogue and Remy will appear in X-Men Origins: Wolverine II. In other news, Ryan Reynolds is to reappear as 'rebooted' Deadpool in his own Origins film, too.

I would like to apologise for the missing chapters of The Beach Chronicles and Secrets & Surprises due to a really odd FF glitch. The Beach Chronicles is salvagable since I have the original hardcopy of the first part of Hawaii Heaven in my notebook but it is likely that S&S will just be deleted and any ideas from it will be incorporated into another project (possibly Mississippi Blues). At the moment, I don't have my notes from XCIS due to the fact that my hard drive died and decided that it would cost about £180 to 'possibly get some data back' but I'm doing my best to come up with some more, especially since I have an idea for a sequel that will delve into Clare's past.
