 Author has written 3 stories for Naruto, and Avengers. Hi! I'll make this short and sweet. I love Naruto and Naruto fanfiction, so I thought I'd try my hand at writing my own. I'm a bit of a late comer to the show and haven't watched all of it yet, but something that made me fall in love with the series is it's themes of friendship, healing, and never giving up. Plus ninjas. And chakra. And awesomesauce. I mean, what's not to like? I also like Lord of the Rings, Star Wars, and Harry Potter. Update: 12/31/2019 So you may've noticed that I just changed my username from Alizes to Ruth-Lund. Yes, that's my real name. I know that on the internet what we share about ourselves tends to be veiled in anonymity and for very good reasons. Privacy is important! Also, anonymity has given me permission to mess up and make mistakes. I'll be the first to admit that what I've written isn't the greatest, but that's part of learning how to be a better writer. So in that sense up until now anonymity has been a good thing for me. However, for the new year I've decided that I'm going to start using my real name as my username. There is a reason behind this. Over the past several years I've been spreading myself a bit thin over the internet--as thin as my various hobbies and interests. I've heard a lot lately about how when you start up a website, or a tumblr, or a youtube channel, that you have to have one focus or brand. For me it's also created this pressure that whenever I get a new interest that I want to share online, it means that I need to create a whole new identity for this one facet of my life. The truth of the matter is I don't have the energy or attention span for it. Even just one brand takes a lot of work to maintain, much less the amount I had going. Consistency is also a problem since I have depression. I can't keep schedules of posting weekly or bi-weekly for anything. I'm tired of spreading myself thin. So, I'm going to be myself from here on out. I'm going to be starting the new year by simplifying my online footprint. Out with the old, in with the new, the few, and the true.
