Lance's first diplomatic mission had gone wrong. Very wrong. Instead of allies on planet Macka, he and Keith found only enemies who want to sacrifice them to their Goddess. The two are going to have to work together to survive the harsh desert, relentless pursuit, injury and the growing problem that Lance is losing his senses one by one. With the help of his financial backers, he was about to buy a very large piece of land in Botswana and create a game reserve. To fulfil his dream, he also needed a Medic and a Veterinary Surgeon. After much research, he found the very men.

'What do you want' asked Athos, not taking his eyes off Aramis, who was being held on the ground. 'I want you to learn your place, you gave up your nobility, you're a fool,' said Victor. 'If you have an issue with me, why are you restraining my friend.' 'I want to discipline you, and receiving that punishment yourself would be beneath you, he gets to be your whipping boy.'

A cold winter's mission tests the Musketeers as they try to get home for the holidays.

They were rescued , but have not had a chance to recover physically or psychologically. Despite it the King has demanded that they accompany him on a a hunt. I dont own them!

Expansion of a scene in S3 Ep. 7, kind of a loaded vignette. A look into Athos's woes and Aramis's struggle for finding his place among his brothers. Mostly written from Aramis' perspective, focusing on him and Athos, with a nice chunk of Porthos and a pinch of d'Artagnan thrown in.

"Your only job is to survive." Athos' voice caught on the last word and d'Artagnan could feel the amount of fear the man held for him. He could not deny his friend so he gave a shaky nod, promising himself that he would survive for as long as possible, the only question being, would it be enough?

The return to Pinon is both better and worse than any of them could ever have expected. It is a good job that they have their brotherhood to see them through. A series of missing scenes for Season 2 Episode 5 "The Return"

The Musketeers are caught in an ambush upon their return from a mission. Athos gets shot amidst the battle. Porthos, Aramis, and D'artagnan do not notice until the smoke finally clears and they must do all they can to save Athos' life. When the people of Berk begin to disappear one by one, the superstitious villagers blame the Siren - a creature said to lure sailors to their untimely deaths. However, Hiccup doesn't believe that's what's been taking their people and when the Riders start to vanish as well, he and his remaining friends set out to save them! When d'Artagnan experiences a close call that leaves him shaken, the other Musketeers reminisce about times they, too, believed they faced death alone.

You can't just say things and then take them back or act like you haven't said anything! It just doesn't work that way. Words can cut deeper than knives and can leave permanent scars on one's soul.
