I like what John said to Sherlock. I agree with his assessment of the situation & his own abilities. Idiot Sherlock. I don't like that Sherlock acquired more skills. He's already brilliant enough. Maybe John should look into some more training for himself, not just to be able to help Sherlock better, just to better himself.

Approval deserved, I need a tissue. I think the calm ending after the craziness of the previous day was nice. I know personally the relaxing night with a friend in silence is just as meaningful and filling the silence with small talk. My kitty just tapped her paw on my side, she knows I'm teary eyed so I shall fav this and hug her. 10/10

Gotta love the Mycroft Quick Fix, he was carrying that around the whole time JUST to use it in a time when Sherlock would actually be grateful. Sideways bribe. I am still giggling.

I was hesitant to read this one b/c Reichenbach angst, but I'm so glad I read it! Your characterization is perfect as usual and their friendship makes my heart glow with happiness! I loved Sherlock's eagerness to see John and his worry for John! I loved the dramatic irony, I loved Mycrofts part, I loved Greg's reaction, and I loved how completely DONE John was with the whole situation... Love those boys! Great job!

Huh. Pretty angsty ending. Not quite what I expected for this one.
After all, most of the fic is fairly upbeat and a bit humorous. I laughed when John started getting lost in his thoughts after his concussion, and *of course* he would be held hostage, hurt, and shot at on a day that two Holmses come to his town. XD Okay, so maybe that's actually pretty sad - poor man - but it's still darn funny.
Also, it's nice of Sherlock to have given John an opportunity to vent some of his anger and frustration right away. :P

Oh dear, no, Holmes would never accost Watson in the street to reintroduce himself! And Watson would most certainly never faint! Heehee! Love the reference to canon.
