![]() Author has written 5 stories for Big Bang Theory. I am a career military man who uses fanfiction to keep myself sane through three deployments. I am a great supporter of solid, well written stories, I first started with "Chuck" fanfics and in particular the "Chuck/Sarah pairing. I also enjoyed the McKay/Keller pair from "Stargate Atlantis". Though my favorite story. "Toss of a Coin" does not feature that ship. I was an enthusiastic supporter of pairing Sheldon and Penny from "The Big Bang Theory" and am disappointed that TPTB have shut off any consideration. I cannot watch the slow motion train wreck that is Leonard/Penny. I highly recommend SpaceAnJL's "The Paladin Protocol" both as my personal fanon but as a singular example of fanfiction, and general fiction writing for that manner, at its finest. I currently am working my way through the abundant variety of Harry Potter fanfics. I prefer Harry/Ginny, Ron/Hermione, Dudley redeeming himself ( as long as it is well done). I generally detest sloppy work. While you expect some errors and inconsistencies in unedited work, is it not too much to ask that you format your story into sentences with a subject and verb? Thence into understandable paragraphs. I also dislike needless bashing of characters like Ron Weasley, nor the inexplicable pairing of characters opposed to each other. How could flagrantly heterosexual Harry Potter end up with Draco Malfoy, who is both male and at least an implict supporter of the wizard who murdered his parents? You can write what you want, but try to logically explain where and why you deviate from canon. |
