an amazing story can hardly wait for the sequel

i like detail but i have to admit this is too much so. 3 chapters and really nothing interesting has happened :/

I am so happy Baltar got to show off his movie shootin' skills. I mean, he only "served" In that last battle of series, but he was a hell of a shot. Not much for friend or foe protocols though, almost wasted the relief squad.

So many write him as a debutante, but Gaius Baltar's defining trait, above all the sneaky squirrliness was SURVIVAL.

Can I ask you what makes you think that there was only 6 years between development of Cylons and them turning on the colonies? Is it because you assume that the willie Adama of Caprica was the Bill Adama of Battlestar Galactica? Well he wasn’t that was his older brother who died before he was born and then named after.

You know Daniel is an archaeologist so he would most definitely know this and would have said wow 20 thousand years fossil records on earth indicates 200 thousand years on earth I only said are current culture was 5 thousand years old oldest city ruins we found are some 10 to 12 thousand years old still long before your 13th tribe you claim we are. And your right we don’t know what the 23000 of there dating system means it might even mean 2,300 years since colonization as far as we know in fact that is more than likely because every planet would have had a different year. So they would have had to create a different type of dating system to compensate for that difference.

This story has turned from pure fantasy to shameless fanwank, devoid of any connection with material reality or canon.
Battlestars capable of resisting plasma weaponry? EM systems capable of disrupting subspace systems? Why not slingshots as teleporters, or you left them for the last chapter?
There is a limit to person's suspension of disbelief, you know. And i'm definitely angry on myself for wasting 3 days on this, i should have gone with my early impression.

And this story started so well, you got the language somewhat right and the staff weapons reasonably powerful, not nerfed like in the show. But you had to flunk it somehow so you said there are only thousands of goa'uld planets, instead of the canon dozens of millions...

worst fic ever pointless story

Excellent story, very few things that I had a problem with, though I am disappointed that it appears you stopped writing some 3 years ago.

I enjoyed this fanfiction much more than I thought he would when it started reading it. It is sad to see that you decided not to continue story as you originally planned. And with such a sad ending... Kind of wish you would post continuation of this, but its been 2 years So it is not likely to happen. Still it was a very good story. I don't know what you plan to do For a living, but you could always be a writer. I have a feeling you do very well.
