![]() Author has written 37 stories for Naruto, Bleach, Vampire Academy, Power of Five series, Skulduggery Pleasant series, Alex Rider, Chronicles of Vladimir Tod, Mortal Instruments, Ranger's Apprentice, and Avengers. Hello, Fanfiction nutters! Here's some info about me: My age: you don't need to know. My name: I don't feel like telling you (Kakashi moment, lol). My sex: Female (Lots of writers here are, has anyone noticed that?) I'm not gonna change my penname 'cause knowing my luck I'd forget what it was. Plus it's annoying when people do that. But I sometimes change my avatar, if I get bored with it; I'm currently on my fourth - note the transition from Sad Zuko to Happy Zuko! :D My best friends are Razzaroo and Book Mad TJ (they're in my favourites, check 'em out!). Beyond them (Love you guys!) my tastes in pretty much everything vary all the time, for example, my eccletic choice of music, meaning I will hear a ccertain song, love it, listen to it insessently and then begin to hate it for no apparent reason. Months later I will listen to it again. I also can never pick a band or singer I like especially as that changes too; Avril Lavigne seems to be the winner as I like her the majority of the time; recently I have fallen in love with Skillet (a highly underrated band, I assure you) and Adam Lambert. I adore books more than anything and DVD's are a pretty close second. In DVD's I like happy endings and good music, kind of like Disney (though you must understand I usually forsake most of the plot for the music as the majority of Disney characters and plots do in fact suck), I used to worship anime but I've moved on now, I will always love comedy, mainly BBC British like My Family or Keeping Up Appearances and I very much enjoy the BBC's drama Merlin (Richard Wilson is in both this and One Foot in the Grave!) though I have begun to forsake it, I'm afraid as I kept missing episodes by accident and it annoys me that Merlin just cannot spit it out! I mean, the amount of situations with Morgana and Arthur that could've been solved by him just admitting it is ridiculous. My absolute favourite book is The Left Hand of God, hands down and for it's name it is very anti-religious in it's way. The Young Samurai series is absolutely incredible, I have just finished Ring of Wind and it is incredible, perhaps the best in the saga so far; I am both elated and terrified at the prospect of reading the finale, Ring of Sky . . . Anthony Horrowitz is a genius, as you can no doubt infer from my attention to his series Power of Five - get on with it, AH! We're all waiting! His Alex Rider series is good too, I've finished Scorpia Rising, there are no words to describe it, really, but I've gotta say I prefer the Power of Five, mainly because of the fuel it is to my overactive imagination. Derek Landy's work the Skulduggery Pleasant series is great, as is John Flanagan's creation the Ranger's Apprentice (It's finished! NOOO!) Tamora Pierce and Terry Pratchett are pretty good, but that opinion of mine really depends on which one of their books you ask me about, though the ones I do like, I think are brilliant; the best example is Pratchet's collaboration with Neil Gaimen, Good Omens, probably my second favourite book of all times. Twilight disgusts me; I read it when a friend gave it to me for my birthday and, because it had some depth to Bella's character, I thought it was all right, so I read the others. I couldn't bring myself to finish Breaking Dawn, I just couldn't. I was unable to stand it any longer. I watch the movies because of the Werewolves now - as pathetic as the rest of Twilight is, I must admit that Meyer did a fantastic job of creating those lovable lycanthropic dudes :) Excapt Leah, though: she's a hypocrite and she's annoying. For the record, I don't support the Jacob/Bella pairing because he could do SO much better than her. My (No longer latest) Update - I became interested in the TV series The Vampire Diaries, though my enthusiasm peterred off after the 1st disc of the 2nd season for reasons I don't really get. I must make an effort to give it another go. It's basically what Twilight promised to be but a lot cooler and with characters that actually have depth to them and normal problems. That and my friend got me into the Tyler Lockwood/Jeremy Gilbert pairing (damn it, TJ! You've gotta stop doing that!) which is brilliant, but I feel conflicted as I actually felt a little sorry for Vicki Donovan and I like Anna, though it's my opinion that she and Jeremy are better off as just friends. My Latest Update - Recently finished the Mortal Instruments series: The Malec pairing is spectacular, as anyone with decent taste could've predicted and you'd need a heart of stone to not be impressed by Alec's EPIC coming out! I may be biased as he'd my favourite character by far (yes, for me he even surpasses his boyfriend, impossible though that may sound) but I don't care. And I have since joined the many fans of the series who think that Magnus should be played by Adam Lambert in the movie - I'm so excited!! - the man is amazing. Anywho, I shall soon be writing fics to salute this amazing pairing, so stay tuned! Two years ago I moved from the Southern Hemisphere back to my roots in the Northern Hemispehere to be closer to the rest of my family and I miss my friends so much! See that young boy you must made fun of for always being sick? He has to walk home in the snow cause his family is too poor. Re-Post this if u r against bullying. I bet 95% of u won't. Your life would probably not be as harsh as - Courtesy of 123JoMonkey, wish he'd finished it. That comment about the majority of us not reposting it bugged me; just 'cause we don't spam a video on YouTube or fill up our profiles with this stuff doesn't mean we don't agree. That's one thing that really irritates me, people posting things and saying "you'd better repost or you're a horrible person" I mean, emotional blackmail or what? I almost feel pressured to put down things I don't agree with sometimes! A person's beliefs are their own so sod off! God. Okay, random rant over. Sorry about that. |
