Lucy Heartfilia-Sure she might not be all that strong as Erza, Natsu or Gray, that doesn't slow her down. She is determined, very smart and puts up with her teams antics of destroying towns. She is also kind and considers her celestial spirits her friends. She fights side by side with them, which I find pretty damn awesome.

Sakura Haruno-She might have not started out really strong, but, she's grown up a lot. Asking Tsunade to be her sensei was a good decision and I am happy she is not crying all the damn time like she was during her younger years. She just needs to get over Sasuke, badly.

Haruhi Fujioka-Dealing with a bunch of guys, schoolwork, taking care of her dad and being really smart. I admire her for keeping up with it all and for one so young too. Not to mention putting up with Tamaki and her father's antics.

Maka Albarn-She cares for Soul and her killing Asura was no small feat. I think she made her mother proud (hell I would be if I was her mom) for completing so much and dealing with Blackstar's ego and loundmouth attitude. She's strong in her own way.
