NOOOOOO. WHAT IS THIS CRUEL AND UNUSUAL PUNISHMENT?! I'M SO COMPLETELY CONTENT AND IN DEVASTATING PAIN AT THE SAME TIME! I FEEL LIKE THERE IS A MOSHPIT GETTING REALLY PHYSICAL IN MY BRAIN. THIS IS JUST LIKE THE ENDING OF TROS! (Actually it's REALLY NOT. It is the most well thought-out and painstakingly brilliant ending ever, unlike that sloppy rushed piece of trash that I will repeatedly stomp on. But on an emotional level: HOLY. SHIT. I CAN'T RIGHT NOW.) That had to be the best fanfic I have EVER READ. No, not had, it is. IT. IS. GOD, I'M STILL REELING OVER MY SHOCK AND PAIN. My internal reaction was EXTREMELY similar to Rey's; calm for the moment, but then absolutely falling apart as soon as the reality of the situation came crashing down on her. A FANFIC HAS NEVER MOVED ME LIKE THIS! I DON'T KNOW HOW TO DEAL WITH MY EMOTIONS RIGHT NOW! It was beautiful, completely beautiful. Ben's farewell felt so much like Yandu's from Guardians of The Galaxy. So much that I was replaying the soundtrack of that scene in the movie to go along with the story. Both made me cry. YOU HAVE A GIFT! A TRUE GIFT, YOU HEAR ME?! Wow... Just... OH MY GOD I STILL CAN'T COMPREHEND THIS. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR SHARING THIS MASTERPIECE WITH THE WORLD!

Now that I’m finally done, this story was beautiful from start to finish. I love how in Chapter 48, the parallel between what happened with his talk with Leia and his vision were all pointing to the fact that the end of the story was where it was always going to end despite the different roads taken. This was great!

I just want to say, I’ve been reading fan fiction since I was 13. This is, by far, the BEST I’ve ever read. I’ve been glued to my phone for the last week reading this, very late into the night. You should be so, so proud.

So, ... I read it all. And I would like to say thank you from the bottom of my heart :)
This story finally gave me some closure after the terrible SW 9 movie. I can not remember being so mortified, shocked and with the loss for words. I was already looking over many flaws in the movie. BUT, I have to say that the tragic end really made an impact which I guess is very good if you want en effect from people as I can only remember few occasions being this affected and that was with the sorry of Romeo and Juliet, Titanic and the movie you before me.
I never read fanfic before but at least I can thank the SW 9 movie for one thing and that is that I found yours as an author and your works. I read this story in about 2 weeks (maybe faster) and devoted every free minute I had and enjoyed every letter of it!
I am not a big reader anymore, unfortunately, but I am a big JK Rowling fan (Harry Potter, not all other books) and I feel like you are her long lost, more talented daughter (might be wrong to assume you are in that age but that is what I do, hehehehe).
I have to say, that I do not think I ever cried this much with any otherbook in my life and it felt so sad yet so good. Thank you for taking all the time for creating in and I am already reading your next Reylo story! Really, really hope you will keep updating them :)
