Nephew to the Eobard Thawne of Earth 3.

Status...Alive-ish, reluctant hero that's prone to making criminals who are dumb enough to hurt people in the city he settles down in suffer like only a speedster can make one suffer, and does not hold back the full brunt of his power much.

Speedster powers are synthetic, a result of him experimenting with the speed force and managing to capture it in special implants he has throughout his body. Lighting is crimson as a result of his synthetic connection. topspeed of about Mach 11, uses Tachyon enhancement liberally, which often results in drinks floating about in his presence.

Wears a slightly less demonic version of new 52 Reverse-Flash's outfit with high tech gadgets added onto it and more black than red. Also forgoes any lightning bolt symbols.

Technically a time remnant as he ran back in time so that there would be two of him to take on his uncle Eobard. Eobard accidentally killed the younger version of him, leading Impulse to flee Earth 3 in a hurry before time (and Black Flash) caught up to him.

Born an experiment of... multiple lines of research including genetic augmentation, and self-sustaining nanotechnology. Research was ended forcefully by a Justicar (not Samara)

Technically he should have been killed, but the Justicar couldn't do it, so she hid his existence as best she could and gave him over to the only being she trusted to raise a child... that being a female drell Assassin.

Grows up to have quite hte skillset as a result of this, in addition to various abilities as a result of the augmentations. Less of a super soldier and more of a Engineer/Infiltrator hybrid class. an Engineer capable of giving Tali a run for her money.

Grows up to be very fond of alien woman a result of his unusual upbringing, very little knowledge of human social matters but his drell mother did force him to learn human history at the very least. Not very familiar with standard human ways, but knows enough to bullshit his way through life a decent amount. Tends to find other humans a bit boring.

Was originally going to be a teenage clone of Shepard until they stole my damned idea for the citadel DLC.
