Really good short story!

This was a sweet, sad piece. I like that there was not just fluff but also drama and a little angst, a good mixture of different emotions that convey a realistic approach not always seen in the stories piling onto this site. The fact that, in the midst of everything Max was going through, Chloe's kiss was gentle...

Very nice follow-up to that scene. I always wondered why the game didn't touch on that more...actually kind of makes me wish for an alternate play through as Chloe...so you can adjust how she'd react to these situations. To be honest i never let Chloe die...always did the rewind before the train ever actually hit her...so i have no idea what that scene looked like. Not sure i can bring myself to go back and actually let it happen though. Great fic.
