"There is no sin except stupidity." - Oscar Wilde
"The loneliest moment in someone's life is when they are watching their whole world fall apart, and all they can do is stare blankly." - F. Scott Fitzgerald, The Great Gatsby

Hello, you can call me Windy if you like. I'm just a girl living in Texas, United States. School is my main focus, mostly because of my father, and piano is my love. It is a dream of mine to one day play for money, but I doubt that will ever happen (One of the reasons why I called it a dream). At the moment I'm taking piano lessons. I'm not very good at math, but reading and writing are my true talents. I have a tendency to get bad cases of writer's block. And I'm a bit of a perfectionist, one reason I don't have many stories, but that's getting better. If I don't like it, I don't publish it...and my main computer has been broken for a while now... It really frustrates me sometimes.
Where do I start reading?
When navigating my stories, I suggest staying away from anything written before the time of "Life's a Bitch." Everything before then was really just me experimenting with writing and my style didn't really solidify until "Life's a Bitch" and after. So, unless you want to see how far I've come since then, don't even go into my old stuff. I won't take it down, because some people actually liked it.
Why aren't you posting as much?
As for the recent lull in my writing, school has kept me rather busy and it's hard to find time to write anymore. For certain stories, my interest in them has slowed or I find it tedious to edit the work. I suppose I should find a beta reader, but I've never been one to trust my stories to just anyone. Also, if I think a story is not garnering enough attention, I have a hard time writing for it. So, please, if you want a certain story to update, drop a review saying what you liked. I can't promise to have the chapter out the next day or even the next week, but this poor writer enjoys seeing what is liked and disliked, what works and what doesn't.
Looking to beta read for me?
If anyone is interested in the beta reader position, send me a quick message and we'll talk. Before you do so, you must be able to spot grammatical mistakes and offer advice or suggestions involving the plot. It also wouldn't hurt if you helped me develop and refine story ideas. Oh, and I'm not a very patience woman, so if you cannot read and edit in a timely manner, please don't bother messaging me about the position.
I now have a Fictionpress account now. I only have some poems written on there so far, maybe more will come. You can also find me on Tumblr.
