Languages: English is not my first language. I know about three other languages, give or take.

Likes: When it comes to things I read, I am not picky at all, but I really do enjoy yaoi. Yaoi for the world! Though every now and then I do enjoy a fic with some male interactions that does not revolve around any kind of romantic senses-platonic. Preferably, family love among males! I think it's super cute how they protect and stand up for one another! I love to read, write, and, whenever it strikes me fancy, I draw. I love to laugh and thus, in essence, I love it when I make the people around me laugh -makes me feel accomplished. Oddly though, I usually read/write angst/hurt/comfort/horror but when things get too dark I bounce back to the humor section in ff.

When I read a good story, I like to read the author's profile! :)

I like to write but my writing is usually reserved only for me. Hehehe. Yes, I'm still in that narcissistic phase. In actuality, I'm just very timid when it comes to my writing and to say the least I am embarrassed with it. So maybe one day if I find my writing at least bounding on the line of 'decent' then maybe I will post something and hopefully it won't be torn into shreds.

Dislikes: I don't like it when people criticize others on their views or read something just so they can bash their writing. There is a difference between helpful critiquing and full-blown bashing! I really, really despise people who do that. People are here to learn and improve their writing; so, be considerate and help them instead of plummeting their self-worth!

Promises: I will never take down any of my stories, unless I'm forced to or I'm under some hard-pressed circumstances. I have noticed that some authors do not like leaving an unfinished fic up, because leaving it up will leave a smudge in their previously unblemished, completed archives of fics. Other times it seems like authors will take down their stories without warning and for no apparent reason. Of course, I don't know them so I can't pass judgement or feign belief that I know their reasons for doing so, but they each have their own reasons and I'll respect it. My point is that if I ever have to take my stories down, I will warn you for as long as I can before the 'inevitable' happens.

Writings: So far, I think I've hit many genres in my writing in some fashion. Mystery, Supernatural, Angst, Hurt/Comfort, Family, Crime (that would be under Checkmate, I guess, since I didn't explicitly state it.), Horror, and Humor. I think Humor would be my weakest - I totally suck at it, but I try.

Anime/manga I've seen/read: Fruits basket, Bleach, Prince of Tennis, Naruto, Dragon Knights, Vampire Knights, Spiral, Kuroshitsuj (Black Butler), Final Fantasy, Shugo Chara, Fairytale, Code Geass, Kitchen Princess, Shaman King, Digimon Frontier, Megaman Nt Warriors, Card Captor Sakura, Special A, Maid Sama, Gakuen Alice, Detective Class Q, Black Bird etc etc etc

I can't remember them all, but those are what comes to mind first.

Some books that I have read: Hunger Games Series, Mortal Instruments, Sweep, The Uglies, The House of the Scorpion, Wicked series, Flipped, Rules, Any book written by S.E. Hinton (The Outsiders, Tex, That was Then and This is Now), Roar of Thunder Hear my Cry, Hummingbird's song, To kill a mockingbird, Western Frontier, Eggs, Rules, Bloodline, Delatora Quest, Dracula, Over Her Dead Body and a lot more.

Warnings: My grammar isn't the best, but I do try to keep it as grammatically correct as possible. If you notice any problem with my grammar, please point them out to me (kindly, please) and I'll try to correct them. Angst! I have been told that I have an angst-radar, guys (haha)! So, my supposedly 'lighter' fics will slip up now and then and have a tad bit of a tearjerking and emotional turmoil. Also, I cliffhang like crazy, so beware!

Updates: I don't update as frequently as I like. *snort - what an understatement* I'm quite a sporadic updater and I usually only update when my muse strikes me which isn't often. I do try to write whenever it does, but school keeps me from doing so most of the time. Please don't fret if you don't see an update on my stories in a long time. And please don't make assumptions that I have abandoned my stories when I clearly did not state it anywhere in my stories/ profile. If I drop a story, I will label it with a big, fat disclaimer and state it as so.

Sadly, I don't read as many books anymore but for some odd reason I always find someway to make time for fanfiction.
