Hi! I'm Sammy :)

I read (too much) a lot of fanfiction, but unfortunately I am no writer.

If I've read and favourited/followed your work, and failed to review, I'm terribly sorry and a bad person - feel free to PM and ask what I thought - I haven't intentionally slighted you, but I often read without internet access, or during classes (bad Sammy) which prevents me from adequately marshaling my thoughts. That or I've fallen in love with your work and decided to binge read all your stories. Which, ironically, means I don't review because I'm either leaping to the next one, or forget I haven't done so already!

I apologise in advance to anybody who tries to hold a conversation with me - I am a notoriously bad replier, because I feel like I want to make a good impression to the amazing writers I interact with which causes me to procrastinate and overthink my messages. Then I get swamped in guilt for not having responded already and delay even further. Please don't be afraid to nag me if you've messaged me and I haven't given you a response, and please please don't be offended if I'm a little slow. That said - I LOVE to chat with people. If you're willing to put up with mildly sporadic replies (and I'm getting so much better, honest) please do say hi, it will probably make my month!

Thanks so much for dropping by, and feel to browse my favourites if you have a spare decade or two. I mostly read within J.K. Rowling's Harry Potter universe and Tamora Pierce's Tortall universe, preferring fics with coherent plot lines and interesting ideas or characterisations over any particular pairing(s) or plot(s).
