I absolutely loved this fanfic. It’s one of the best. I like how you worked the plot so that Snape gradually adjusted to caring for Harry, unlike other five where Snape practically drops his cool façade the minute he learns something bad about Harry’s home life. All in all this was an amazing story.

I was reading until 2am

This was heartbreaking and amazing and I’m hoping that one day you might consider writing a sequel. I liked the ending very much, but I would absolutely love to see you develop Snape and Harry’s relationship from here. So many scenes made me very nearly cry (and I typically cry about as often as Harry in this fic), so clearly you are an amazing writer who can so eloquently flood emotions through suspense and horrible happenings. Everyone felt so seamlessly in-character, especially Snape’s reactions to the parallels with his own childhood. I’m absolutely positive that I’ll come back to re-read this in the future, and maybe I’ll be blessed with a sequel, even just a little one-shot, to see how Dumbledore and Harry might unlock that treasure within Snape, which I have always believed in. You should be very proud of this work, and I thank you for sharing your incredible talent with us. Have an amazing day!

Brilliant. I have never cried so much. everytime I read this it is always a full blown crying session for me, no matter how many times I read it.
