Apologies for not updating in such a long - I guess I'm just uninspired... and majorly lazy. I tend to keep my livejournal updated more because I also write fics based on real-persons/celebrities (which are not permitted here), so you might wanna head over there to check them out.

Hi, hello, bonjour, salut, chao, konichiwa -

Formally writing under the name of ViNguyen and then later VivNguyen. You can call me Vi or Viv then. As you can tell, those are diminutives of my real first name.

Am I Vietnamese? Yes. I also have some Chinese blood and apparently a few drops of French blood in me too... but I still consider myself fully Canadian. And French-Canadian, actually.

I'm the short chubby contacts/glasses wearing girl whith dark brown hair who sputters sarcastic remarks in Franglish. I'm the kid who's quiet one moment and yelling the next. I'm the person who glares at others while easily getting under their skins. I'm the lady who teases people mercilessly and yet gets them to roll on the floor crying through their laughter.

And I enjoy doing so.

My age? I'm 24, even if I look... 20?

Past and current fandoms I've been interested in: I've dabbled into a wide range of them, from Gilmore Girls to Power Rangers to Fruits Basket to Smallville to Ranma to Simple Plan (the band, not the movie) to Slam Dunk to Fall Out Boy to Lord of the Rings to Super Junior to- you know what? I'll stop there. As you can see, I go from manga to punk/pop/rock bands to american tv shows to k-pop bands.
