Frisk could remember reading the translation in one of the novels in the orphanage, although at the time they were not sure exactly what it meant. After falling into Mt. Ebott, traversing the Underground, and emerging through the newly shattered barrier, Frisk had a new appreciation of "through hardships to the stars." Unfortunately, happily ever afters don't last. The happy ending everyone thought they got is marred by Toriel's untimely death. Unable to fix it, the most that Frisk can do is try to solve the mystery with their friends. And as more and more deaths begin occurring in New New Home, the child will... probably try to solve those too? Nothing is going the way that they thought it would. But, surely... Rated for violence.

The heart of a pacifist is put to the test, and so is the game's coding, when the child returns to the underground.
