Username is a homage to the Ghetto Blue: LA's Blue Line. I also do commissions. Story Materials: Silhouette of Time: -Source Material: land-walker(dot)deviantart(dot)com/gallery/29972549/Yellow-nuzlocke -Character Illustration: ( Mikita Tolyevich Trotsky - 2326 : i(dot)imgur(dot)com/f9Eug2b(dot)png ) Stories in drafting/development stages: The Lost Generation Based on: Sword Art Online Summary: It's been five years since Specialist Ash Fenton was sent home from the war, five years since Tiberius fell. In the wake of the Sword Art Online incident the Japanese Government starts collecting veterans and individuals across the world who they believe have suffered the same trauma and stress as those involved in the SAO incident in order to remedy and help the healing process. Two years of isolation and the constant fear of death is what the Japanese Government thinks what the veterans of the American War in Israel have in common with the victims of the SAO Incident. They are mistaken. Fenton, now a shattered bum who has had experience with virtual reality games as a form of escapism, is part of this group of people counseling these unfortunate thousands. Things are not as empathetic and black and white as they seem however. Two years of active military service in the Middle East, trapped in a foreign land a long ways from home, is not the same as a two year imprisonment inside of a video game in Fenton's retrospective. With a war still going on the Holy Land, and the SAO incident still apparently the most important headline in the world, a lesson needs to be taught, and Fenton is in the position, looking from the inside out, to do something. This is the story about the rise and fall of the second death game: the punishment of the post 9/11 generation, a generation lost to the escapism of media and the digital reality. Merry Christmas, Mister Noelle Based on: Pokémon Summary: A one month of leave affords Officer Mikita Noelle the ability to spend the holiday season, as well as his birthday, in Kalos. Residing in the expensive Buchanan Lodge on the government's account, the usually uncivil man dips his feet in an extravagantly civilian world, caught in the foreground of a conflict between the haves and have-nots; between rite and riches. In between all of this: Mister Noelle guides a love story between a daughter of a Kalosian sports star, and a trainer from a less wealthy background of Pallet Town, vying to be the very best. An ode to the likes of The Great Gatsby, this mature look at the beloved characters of the anime keeps in tune with who they are with a distinct dosage of hope throughout, put literally in a rich environment, unfamiliar to many, despite the obvious advantages of being in such a position. In My Keeping Based on: Neon Genesis Evangelion Summary: A pilot comes out of the Dead Sea. Not the First, the Third, or the Second. No, this pilot wasn't even one of the children. A story about a regular man who emerges from the end of the world and thrown to a world that was not quite; this was a Rebuild for not Gods or Angels, but only Man. Dragoon Based on: Avatar: The Legend of Korra Summary: Equalism wasn't the answer. It was never a matter of equality, that just so happened to be what people thought was the excuse, the justification, for what Amon did. The people were enflamed, for the right cause, for themselves, but for the wrong reason. It was never a matter of equality. It was a matter of right: Human rights. A story about the trials and tribulations of progress, the right to bear arms and of peace through power. The advent of a battle implement like no other in the world of Avatar will cement a passage from one time, to another. A time from where benders fought the defining wars, defined history, to where common men and women will have that chance through blood and steel. The world doesn't need an Avatar anymore, not because of some ill-conceived misgivings that have come around because of evil and masters, but only because the legion of man can take their place. Red Rivers Based on: Black Lagoon Summary: Wherein the Thai authorities cannot and would not interfere with the pirates in the country's south east, there are people that could, and would. With the fall of the Iron Curtain and the rise of arms dealing in the world, sold off by the former East Bloc, a market has been blown open, and a monopoly made as a self fulfilling prophecy is played out by the pirates of Roanapur. As a Vietnamese ship is sunk by the Black Lagoon, rivers will turn red as the Cold War cries out one last time. Manifest Destiny Based on: Gate: Jieitai Kanochi nite, Kaku Tatakaeri Summary: Rangers led the way. That was the motto of the unit a 2nd Lieutenant Kristian "JK" Emerson had taken to heart as a part of its ranks, though when a gateway from one world to Earth opens up a mere few hundred feet away from him during a nice day in August, he will have to be not only a man leading soldiers into foreign lands, but also have to lead himself as the moral anchor in a world decades removed from Generation Kill. All the Stars Based on: Halo and Mass Effect Summary: In the year 2148, explorers on Mars discovered the remains of an ancient spacefaring civilization. In the decades that followed, these mysterious artifacts revealed startling new technologies, enabling travel to the furthest stars. The basis for this incredible technology was a force that controlled the very fabric of space and time. They called it the greatest discovery in human history. The civilizations of the galaxy call it... MASS EFFECT. In another universe: humanity takes a different path. Intelligent alien life eludes humanity for centuries as they colonize the stars beyond the Sol System. Over two hundred years pass of pure human expansionism over the Orion Arm creates a human civilization of nearly a thousand colonies and outposts, unbound by the dimension bending Slipspace drive. In 2525 humanity makes first contact with an alien alliance known as "The Covenant". With the Covenant viewing humanity as a heretical species to be purged, war begins and quickly becomes a slaughter against the humans. In the year 2552, humanity is losing. The Covenant had burned hundreds of worlds, killing billions in their genocidal campaign. Among those guarding humanity are a group of biologically engineered super soldiers, trained from birth, and made to fight: "Spartans". In defense of one of humanity's last bastion worlds, a Spartan using a trojan horse to deliver a jury-rigged Slipspace bomb to a Covenant super carrier sacrifices herself to buy humanity more time. The bomb doesn't kill her or the Covenant however. Ferrying her and the Covenant across alternate universes, they find themselves in a reality defined by Mass Effect, carrying every desperate measure of a war built on galactic genocide. What happens now because of them will mean nothing less than All the Stars in the universe. The Heart will Remain Based on: Star Wars: Rebels Summary: There are places in the galaxy, where the Dark Side of the Force runs strong. There are people in that galaxy who are fated to come around, again and again. At the eve of the Galactic Civil War in the Lothal System, the ghosts of Malachor reemerge to change Star Wars history forever. No Title Yet* Based on: Stella Women's Academy, High School Division Class C Summary: An American collegiate airsoft team is sent overseas to represent their university during a battle royale tournament. |
