I love long chapters! And this one was wonderful! I like how i could immediately tell (back at the start of the mission) that shinji's way of speaking was different, more doctor like (i could imagine the doctor saying his sentences i mean)

Hah. I can’t beleive it took me this long to go hunting down the other stuff you wrote besides FFOD. I really like this; it treats both series with respect, especially Shinji, in a way that’s annoyingly rare; I find too many fanfics either dunk on him or are fix fics in a way that misses the kind of person he is. As someone who’s primary reaction to his appearances in the series is “I actually like this kid” it’s a really appreciated breath of fresh air. Thanks for writing this!

Where he is this close to tearing you apart into little pieces for committing the attrocities that you have. This is when he is when he is the most terrifying man you have ever met, and is the reason he has names like The Oncoming Storm.
