Anyway, Sorry I haven't updated this story in a while. I've been really into writing for Halo-Naruto lately (gotten quite a lot written for it), and well...

Doom: Eternal

I. Just. Can't. Stop. Playing It!

I'm loving every bit of Doom Eternal, and it's been really hard to put it down and get back to writing. Unfortunately, it's also kinda killed some of my drive to write for Doom-Dead Space. The reason why? Well, it's largely due to some the backstory revealed in Doom Eternal. I won't spoil anything, but to sum it up, I had a completely different origin story in mind set up for Doomguy than what's been established in Doom Eternal.

HOWEVER!

I am not going to give up on this story, nor am I stopping it! This has quickly become one of my most popular stories on here, and I'll be damned if I just up and abandon it, no matter how long it takes! Therefore, I'm going to stick with my original story and backstory for this 'Doom Slayer' and instead have him be a completely different Slayer separate from Doomguy. The tattoo and holy inscriptions described on his back in 'Chapter 1: Awakening' should be a proper hint as to where I'm going with him.

I don't know when the next chapter will come out, as I've only got about 1,000 words for chapter 4 and I'm trying to keep them at roughly 6k a chapter, but it will be out before summer. I promise that much! Thank you again for all the support you've provided and I'll see you soon.
