I'm a woman who works full time, pays my bills, cleans my house, and repeats. So I turn to reading and writing to escape reality at times. There's nothing wrong with that. If everyone could escape reality every once in awhile, maybe this world wouldn't be as chaotic as it is. Okay, I'm not going to even go into that, but you get my drift. I write fanfiction because it's an escape. It expands my love of books that I already love, but with my own twist on them.

One thing you should know is that despite having a full time job and a hectic time stabilizing my busy life, I WILL finish my stories. Once in awhile I may hit a rut and have writer's block, and I put the story on hiatus. That doesn't mean I've completely abandoned it. Have patience with me.
